This is a large issue for us since our processes and follow-up forms typically involve a handful of people in each organization, requiring a heavy use of the collaboration feature.
We initially thought that the administrator comments would create a seamless method for us to communicate with Foundant users regarding specific items on forms.
Since the comments can only be shared with the process applicant, and not the multiple collaborators per form, the follow up form system is not nearly as efficient as we thought.
