Customize file download name
When using a merge template to create word or PDF documents, it would be really helpful id the file name included the organization name or project name. For example, when having to download multiple PDF applications individually (from the Request & Decisions page), the file name used for all is the name of the merge template file. I then have to go back and rename each application form which is very cumbersome.
Hopefully, this is an easy fix:)

I would like to be able to customize the filename format for batch downloaded .pdf and zip files. Currently, it requires the Process name to be included, and the filenames are too long to save in Microsoft SharePoint or OneDrive. I have to download to my desktop, rename each one, then save to SharePoint or OneDrive. The representative who was helping me through the chat feature suggested I post the suggestion here. I would like to have the filename format as organization name_form name. Thanks!

Being able to download the uploads for all of a batch of applications in one go and have the filename have the Process and Org name (or for our purposes hospital name, which is one of our application fields) would be a wonderful time saver for us.

Agreed! We download the application packages so they can be uploaded into a separate Board Mgmt software - and the renaming slows down the grant management staff quite a bit.
