Printing out emails
It would be very helpful if I could print out sent emails from the GMS. My workaround is to copy myself on my email templates but I'd like the ability to go and print out any sent emails, as needed.

We also desperately need this in order to provide financial backup for honorarium payments to our Evaluators - the Finance Office requires proof of the labor committed, and we have in the past used our Evaluations Assigned emails. Our previous application system had the previous sent emails appear as pop ups when you clicked on them, so all you had to do was right click and print, and then save as PDF to attach as backup. We are at a loss as to what to use as backup now that this function does not seem to work for the Foundant email system.

We go through a audit every year and the auditors request copies of Award Letters. We send all of our award notifications through Foundant. Currently there is not a way to download/print them. I find my self copying and pasting to a word document for now. It would be so helpful to have a better way to get them copies of the notices.
