We definitely need to create reports or merge documents using fields from evaluation forms. When our applications are evaluated, evaluators add their detailed thoughts about how the application measures up on several different different criteria. The evaluation forms are shared with the board. We have a workaround (that doesn't rely on the evaluation form) but it is cumbersome and inconvenient. Please add this feature!
