Branching logic rule groups
I use branching logic all the time. Creating groups is not logical. Creating branching logic on the question would be nice without creating a group.

The question branching rules only allow for rules to be created on the question group level rather than individual questions themselves. If they could be at the question level, it would allow for much better flow within a form for the applicant and for the admin to keep track.

I would use branching MUCH more often if it was easier to track/follow in this way.

this is critical to reducing the length of the creation process. I have had this functionality is less robust platforms. I like groups for sectioning, but it can be cumbersome for branching logic. For example: Please set 1-3 goals as a drop-down that would control how many fields to create. This should all be contained in one group called "Goals". Being able to branch via groups or individual questions would be helpful. For each Goal we then ask "How many metrics will you use to measure this Goal, 1-3" For our particular purpose, repeaters would be even more helpful and time saving.
