Email History - Add Ability to Open a Sent Email in its Own Tab to Print or Save
In the new table view for Email History, there is no ability to open a sent email in a new tab or on its own page. Previously, we were able to do this as a way to save/print a digital/physical copy of a sent email. It would be beneficial to add this functionality back into the Email History section.
How We Use this Feature & Why It's Important:
We send grant award notifications through GLM emails. If we need to pull a record of a notification for an Audit or for backup documentation that the grantee requests, we used to open the sent email in a new tab and save/print it as a pdf. With this functionality no longer available, the only option is to print the email as a pop-up window with the rest of my screen displayed in the background -- essentially, it saves/prints a screenshot of your screen instead of the individual email text.
