Eligibility quiz feature?
I was wondering if you've considered adding an eligibility quiz feature for grant processes. This would be very helpful for our scholarships in particular, but it could be useful for our other processes as well.

Site Visit after Approval
We conduct Site Visits with awarded grantees to review and talk about their progress. My title is Regional Grants Administrator and I have 3 counterparts with the same title. Each of us have any where from 15 to 23 grants we are responsible for managing. When we conduct a Site Visit we would like to enter the System and do the visit online. Currently we are using Survey Monkey and previously we used Word and we would upload the completed report.

Excluding/ Selecting Multiple Processes
Is there a way to exclude or select multiple processes from
the drop down list menus? Instead of selecting one process at a time for say
"applications submitted" I would be elated to have either a “select
multiple processes" option (Shift click?), or an "exclude

Organization's DUNS Number Display
I really appreciate that the new update has the Organization's DUNS Number display on the Organization Summary screen now. We use the DUNS number for coordinating with FIMS and it is very helpful. I also appreciate the "Grants Manager" role, which we have started using.
Would it be possible to add the two together? We would really like the Grants Managers to be able to see the DUNS Number display on the Organization Summary screen.

form builder page - "modified by" column is incorrect
I like being able to see which staff last modified a form... that is, I would like it if it were accurate. The "Modified By" column does update when you move questions, but not when you edit the question text within.

preview link on form builder page
On the Form Builder page, each form should have a link beside it to "Preview." It is WAY too easy to accidentally edit the form when you actually open it (just takes one accidental click and swipe of the mouse) - and there is no back button or way to figure out what you changed so you can restore the form!

Copying an application from one process to another
It would be wonderful to have the ability to copy an application from one process to another. At times we have a process that will pick up some of the funding for another process. It would save a lot of time to be able to copy this instead of having to copy each answer to a new application.

Application Page Format Hacking
The application page for our users has been a source of confusion even among, presumably, sophisticated users who are neuroscientists. In particular, the question we get is, "Where do I click to apply?" (We add a number of links to our process description which, admittedly, does not help.)
Currently, there is great (now even greater) flexibility in how the process descriptions are formatted. However, there is no similar love for the process title. It would be nice to make the process title – ultimately, the link to the actual process application page – to stand out by being in bold…

multi-select option on the dashboard
Hi,
I would like to have the option to select more than one process on the dashboard without having to select all processes. We have internal applications and external applications for each fund and there are times when I want to see multiple processes for one fund in one glance. It would also be helpful for pulling up archived and current processes for one fund, rather than having to view each process separately from the dashboard. Would it be possible to implement a multi-select option to help make this easier?

If a file type can't be converted, don't allow upload
One of our applicants uploaded an Open Office word processing file (.odt). That type of file doesn't convert in the Application Packet or in Create Documents (merge templates)... so I wish it couldn't be uploaded at all. That way, the applicant would have to convert to a different file type before uploading, and our exported documents would be complete.

Scholarships applications; what we are seeing in our clients' world is that they live in a Mac/ipad world.
Our organization takes in many Scholarship applications for high school students each year. As I was visiting with several schools and students, I realized that many schools are moving toward every student having a computer of some sort at their disposal everyday, all day. And that mean I-Pads. Some schools have older PC for business classes but that is it and maybe a couple in the library. Currently, most Mac/ apple software gives our applicants issues. they have shared with me that much of the issue is in up loading doc and in some cases even simply entering in text…

Include request documents in "Print Packet" PDF
It would be lovely to have the option to include uploaded request documents in the PDF packet for an application, followup form, etc. A few of my committee members are still to paper-based (and I sometimes like to print apps for myself), and not having to print those documents separately would make my job much easier, particularly when it comes to scholarships where we frequently receive transcripts and letters of recommendation separately.

Recently I exported a list of our grantees (users). I got a lot of great information; however, the organization that the grantee was with was not one of the fields. Is there a way to export the grantee and the organization that they are with?

Is there a possibility to get an menu item in the sidebar to access the process notifications page without needing to go into the process manager?

The Red X
Hello:
The "red X" that is showing up in the file upload section is causing much confusion among our applicants. They think this means that the file has not been uploaded, or there is an error. I understand that it is to delete the uploaded file. Perhaps a different icon could be used? Or a Delete icon? We are now receiving the attachments via fax, email etc as so many applicants are stating they cannot upload documents...when in fact they have been uploaded.

I would like to rearrange the order of my email templates. That would allow groupings by process instead of by date of creation.

Restricting evaluator access to uploaded documents and reporting fields
When we implemented the 3rd party recommendation functionality in 4.0.0 (November 2013), some of the input we considered came from the Idea Lab item titled " https://community.foundant.com/foundant/topics/recommendation_letter_upload ."
Within that item were a couple other ideas, one of which can be summarized as "restricting evaluator access to uploaded documents and reporting fields". Admin replacing applicant document after form submitted
When we implemented the 3rd party recommendation functionality in 4.0.0 (November, 2013), some of the input we considered came from the Idea Lab item titled "Recommendation letter upload."
Within that item were a couple other ideas, one of which can be summarized as "providing a way for an administrator to upload an updated document on a form (i.e. application) without have to take the request back to a Draft status". Organization information updated
Having just edited the 20th organization's information this week, it would be very helpful if applicants were able to edit their own information. I know this has been an issue for years, and people are anxious about giving organizations this right, but it's getting to be ridiculous. Not only is it a waste of time for us, it's also an embarrassment to have inaccurate information posted. PLEASE help me to help them!
