Application Packet to include uploaded documents
It would be great if the print/application packet included the applicant's uploaded documents.

Hi Teresa,
I just went into your foundation's site and generated an application print packet. I see the files that were uploaded being included in the print packet. So ... is the problem that when one of your Trustees generates a packet, they don't see the uploaded documents? Are they generating the application packet or the evaluation packet?
I'd suggest contacting support@foundant.com as the product should be supporting what you're trying to do. And if for some reason your workflow is unique, they could maybe help you better understand your options.

Hi Chris,
I am playing catch-up since the holidays and just saw this suggestion from Kim and am interested in your reply. I currently have to save the uploaded documents on our shared drive and then download them into the requested documents section in the application packet. I then put a message in the Administrator Comments section at each section that has a download reminding our Trustee reviewers that the document can be found in the Request Documents section at the beginning of the application. Is there a better way?

This is something that the system should support. If there are cases where this isn't happening for your organization, could you include some details here, or better yet, contact mailto:support@foundant.com ? Unless there's something I'm really missing, we should be able to handle this.
