Updating User Accounts
When updating an existing contact, a prefix is required- the user was already in system without one. Usually this is not an issue, but occasionally it requires extra time to confirm if the individual is a doctor, Ms. vs Mrs., etc. If my goal was to update a phone number or address, this extra requirement can prevent a quick change.

Lisa - not a Foundant employee but I am pretty sure this problem gets resolved if you remove it as a required field. I believe this is done though your CSM as we did it a few years ago. If you want it to remain required for applicants, this is not a fix but I wanted to share it with you just in case.

I agree with this. I think that the required questions for contacts or organizations should perhaps only be on the applicant side when those sections are being edited and an administrator could enter\, make a change, and exit without reference to the requirements? This happens to me especially with our legacy data.
