Third Party Dashboard Cleanup
There needs to be a way to clean-up third-party dashboards. This is our third year using the program for scholarships and our counselors' dashboards are overwhelmed with current and old requests going back to when we started using the program. Applications that were abandoned still show up and there does not appear to be a way for them to clearly differentiate between active and abandoned requests without clicking on them.

I wholeheartedly agree with this idea!! We are entering our second year using the system and I also have counselor's who are getting confused/overwhelmed with old requests appearing in their dashboards. It would be wonderful to be able to clean this up or to have third party requests automatically disappear from a dashboard once an application is marked as "abandoned" or "denied". In some cases, requests disappear after an application is moved to a specific stage ("complete" or "evaluation") so it would be nice if this could be applied to other stages as well. Currently, our third parties are seeing all type of requests (including ones where applicants entered in the third pary's email address into the application but did not send the "official email" to the counselor). I'm hoping there's a way to make this easier for them as it's only going to get worse as time goes on and many of our counselors are completing these requests over multiple years.
