How come there is not a Scholarship Lifecycle Manager Idea Lab?
Not only do we need an SLM Idea Lab but my Evaluators would like to see the details of the scholarships, and they can't! Nowhere on their Dashboard are they able to see the short description of the Scholarships that they will be reading for. They can only access via our Compendium. Let's get on that!

Request Amount in Reporting
It would be nice to be able to run a report during the evaluation stages that pulls in the requested amount from the application. And possibly if during the evaluations stage, an evaluator suggests a different amount from the requested amount that you could see that in a report summary.

Project Name - Option to Have Drop Down choices? Or, Internal Field for Project Name Allow to Mark as Complete
In an effort to streamline applications, we have had the Project Name field as Internal so we could input the words "General Support" as we evaluate -since we are now only offering general support awards within one of our processes.
Previously, we tried to tell folks to write in General Support, but applicants would sometimes have other ideas.Now, when processing the hundreds of LOIs (with the Project Name field set as Internal) these cannot be processed to Mark as Complete without going in to change all the Project Name fields to General Support. Ability to add custom fields to funder contacts
Hi. I may have posted this in the wrong channel before; sorry.
But can you offer your users the ability to add custom fields to your funder contacts? Like, I may want to add 3/5 funder contacts to an email contact list. How can I do this without clunky workarounds in the notes field or through adding it post-export?
There are also other fields that may be valuable -- links to their LinkedIn Profiles, Start dates with the org etc.

Allow Grant Manager to be assigned to only one process
Someone should be able to be assigned as Grant Manager for one process only. Currently, they get assigned to every process in Foundant, including ones in Archive and needing to be removed manually from each one.

I'd like to be able to revisit a Sandbox course I had done previously
I have done some Sandbox courses over a period of time, but occasionally I'd like to be able to review what I had done but without having to go through the steps again. I hope to VIEW what I had done, not REDO.

Make evaluated applications viewable to all evaluators
It would be helpful to permit all Evaluators view all evaluated applications when an evaluation process closes. Our Evaluators need to read all of the applications prior to a meeting, and since they cannot be assigned the "Board" member role they need to be able to read all applications prior to discussion. Currently I am downloading all applications to a Google Drive so they can read them, which is a lengthy extra step.

Email Button on Request Summary Page
It would be very helpful to have an 'Email Applicant' button next to the 'Created Documents' on the Request Summary Page. In our work flow, we are emailing the applicants throughout the application stage, in the approval / denial stage and also after payments are posted. Having the button in a more accessible spot would make this quicker and easier!

Copying final reports between processes
Allow for applicants to copy final reports that were submitted in other processes.

Add encryption for fields to request banking info
Can you add some banking fields to GLM forms that protect folks' banking info with an additional layer of encryption? We would like to start collecting ACH info via follow up forms, and this is our one hesitation.

Ability to block certain EINs from submitting requests
I often get clients asking how to block orgs from submitting requests if they have outstanding follow ups or other reasons. Since they could just create a new account, maybe blocking EINs would work.

Hardcode an additional clickable hyperlink on the Org Summary page
Currently, the only clickable hyperlink hardcoded on the Org Summary page is the "Website" field. Our foundation would like to request that there be an additional clickable hyperlink field hardcoded on the Org Summary page. This will increase efficiency by eliminating the extra step in having to click the "Globe" icon to navigate to a link.

Email Contacts/Groups
When sending an email it would be extremely helpful to have the user contacts and groups that are already in system to choose from from the TO button like you do in outlook rather than having to find and type them.

Request Summary on Request History Page
The merge templates for funding history in PDF/Word format have an awesome feature that gives you totals for Requests, Requests Granted, Total Granted and Total Paid. These do not appear on the Request History tab. It would be so so so great to be able to eyeball those numbers within the software, and even within applications. At present, you have to export to a pdf or word to get those calculations. Those totals are like gold, they tell such a helpful story, it would be great to have easier access to them. Display Organization Name on Evaluation Summary Page
Currently, when I click into an Evaluation, the organization name is not displayed. Could the organization name be listed near the request name? Thank you!!

Show Organization Request History in Application
Create a way to display the organization request history within the application. At present, you have to click out of an application to see the request history in a different screen. It would be super helpful to see the the funding history in the application, without moving to another window. My CSM and I just tried hyperlinking to the request history tab in an internal application field and adding a hyperlink was not possible. We also tried pulling in the request history table from a merge template and all formatting was lost.

Printing Opportunity Packets in GrantHub
I would like to see the ability to print an Opportunity packet the same way we can print F/U Form or Application Packets for our board members. We have a committee that approves which opportunities we are going to pursue. Maybe it could be a Report, so that you can print a batch of them at once (i.e., all opps submitted w/n a date range)...
