Copy follow up forms in bulk
As previously mentioned, a search function for process forms to copy. Further, I would like to be able to copy several "copies" of a form at a time. It is cumbersome to search, select, copy a form numerous times. Especially for grants with several years of reporting requirements. Example: a land donation with 10 years of reporting history assigned.

testing
As a new UA user, I love that we can test eligibility rules. It would be nice if this function could be expanded and allow for a full testing of the application. Besides seeing what opportunities are available, having another button to click on next to the approved (green) opportunities that show what supplemental questions exist for those opportunities would be great. This would eliminate having to create 'testing' applicants to ensure the complete opportunity is fully in place. Maybe keep the 'eye' symbol next to opportunities that are green, that when clicked, show the supplemental questions.

We have a big issue with the reference emails to schools emails when scholarship applicants ask for reference emails.
Is there a way to update the tally number for references when the reference is added by the administrator. We have a known issue with reference emails from our Scholarship applicants not going through to the recipient and we have to end up adding them on our end which does not reflect in the number shown in the application.

Function for notifying an Adminstrator when another Administrator creates/changes/updates a process or form.
I would like to be notified/emailed when another Administor creates a new process, updates/changes a current process, creates a merge template or creates/changes a form.

Our organization is one of a small number making up a collaborative fund, all using the Foundant platform. It would be great to be able to share information (applications, reports, etc.) across our respective accounts.

Restrict Grants Manager Role - LOI to Full Proposal
Despite all the Grants Manager permissions being off there is no permission that would restrict them from being able to use the "Assign Next Form" button to invite LOI applicants to complete the full proposal/application.
A colleague accidentally invited a full application because he was confused and pushed the wrong button. If you turn off all permissions, they shouldn't have this high level permission.1 voteThanks for your time in the idea lab.

I would like to be able to customize the Metrics Dashboard. It would be helpful for me to see overdue installments on the dashboard. We often have grantees who forget to invoice us for their next grant installment, and it would be helpful to be able to keep track of them on the Metrics Dashboard.

sync forms across processes
I know when I copy a process all the form fields sync, but I'd love it if that would happen when a form is added across processes. I've recently added several new follow up forms across all processes, and it's making my reporting life a nightmare.

Include fields from Approval form in Edit Columns on Payment Tracking screen
We carry information on our Approval form that is relevant to payments. I would guess this is true for many of your users. I'd like the ability to add a column from our Approval form to the Payment Tracking list; specifically, the agreement type - we need to know if a grant was made under expenditure responsibility before making a payment. We can go look, but it would help prevent errors in our process if the information was right there.

Support Fillable PDFs in Document Viewer
I recently had a 990 come in that appeared blank in the document viewer but filled in if downloaded. Support said it was because document viewer doesn't support fillable PDFs. That would be a nice QOL improvement.

Follow-ups that could be assigned to admin, and not visible to applicants
We do post-grant evaluation and would love to be able to use follow-up for admin purpose. For example, create a form to document oral reporting conversations with grantees.
We would like to be able to assign the follow-up to an admin and keep the form visible internally only.
That would allow us to create databses to search through and report on the information gathered through oral reporting.

Give Staff Evaluator Access to Requests and Decisions Search Page
It would be amazing if the staff evaluator roles have access to the Requests and Decisions search page and view any requests on the site via that page.
Our foundation is invite-only, and most of our partners are returning, so it's important for program officers to review past requests.
Currently, our program officers are assigned as Grants Manager role on Foundant, so they can have access to past requests. However, I worry that it's too much access for them, and I don't want them to accidentally click on something (or delete) on the site especially if they're not fully trained…

Expand Comments options
We use the comment section a lot and would love to see a few new options :
Tab indication when there is a comment (the option is present in the request window, but not in the organization window). We use comments to communicate information on a file between colleagues and the number indicated on the tab makes it easily apparent that there is a comment to take into account.
Ability to share comments with applicants : It would be useful to be able to make a comment visible to applicants (for example, to explain why a request was abandoned by…

Batch download all uploaded files via the document viewer
From the document viewer, it is possible to download each file individually. It would be so helpful if there is a way to batch download ALL of the files that were uploaded in any particular application.

Recover lost merge templates
It is not currently possible to recover deleted merge templates. I had a coworker accidentally delete one that was difficult to recreate. It would be very helpful if there was a way to recover something like that. (Meanwhile, I saved the recreated merge template on my computer, just in case!)
