For those of us asking for items on our wish list in SLM perhaps we can give it a title that starts with SLM - so that when we get our own ideas lab we can just move all our asks easily over to it. Also easier to search the ideas lab at present if all queries relating to SLM start with the letters SLM?

Primary Contact Batch Email
It would be great to have the primary contact listed under Batch Options to send emails to the primary contact as well as the applicant. Two separate groups-we send reminder "grant agreement due emails" to the primary contact who will be signing the grant agreement. We do not send it to the applicant.

Hide selected follow ups in a process
There are times when I need to create a new version of a follow up form in an active process. I may have used it for some requests, but want to use the new one instead. I am unable to remove a follow up form from a process once it has been used, but I would like to not have it cluttering up my options when I'm assigning follow ups.

Alert when auto email not set for a form
For about 80% of grants that go through a process, I have auto emails set for when a follow up is assigned. The remaining 20% have various exceptions and need more custom-type emails, though I can typically still use templates for them, but need to select the appropriate one for the situation. Sometimes I'll turn off auto emails and forget that I've done that, then assign a follow up assuming an email has been sent. I'd like to see new tutorials for the SLM process. The current ones often use screens from GLM (organization vs user language...)

Scroll through submitted applications
Would love to be able to scroll through, as an admin, all submitted applications. We use CSuite to sync our donor advised funds to the GLM and use pre-approval/submitted in our sync, to allow us to keep the application private and assign to evaluators for approval.

Merge Duplicate Report Fields
It would be great if there were a button to automatically merge duplicate fields in a report. This would be particularly useful for identical fields for different reports that are not connected by coding on the back end.

It would be helpful if the Approval tab view on my SLM dashboard could be sorted by applicant last name instead of first name.

List of all scholarship opportunities for Evaluators
Our scholarship committee is reading for over 50 scholarships offered by our community foundation, and sometimes they need to look up what the eligibility/criteria are for those scholarships. Is there no way evaluators can access that on the GLM? Even just the short description that is listed on the Universe Opportunities tab?

1/2 scores on evaluations?
Is there any way the evaluations can be scored with a .5 after each number? 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, etc.? Our scholarship committee thinks it would help them when they are unsure of whether the student deserves say, a 4 or a 5.

Add Geographic area option when searching for organizations
Rather than having to select a specific city when searching for organizations, could you instead implement some kind of geographic fencing option that would allow us to pull up organizations within an x-mile radius of a city or location? This would be very helpful when planning site visits.

Allow option to not show the character limit
In an effort to make our process as burdenless as possible for our applications, we have opted to use the maximum character limit of 10,000 for all of our narrative questions. That said, we want to encourage brevity as much as possible. We do include instructions to that effect, but when an applicant sees a limit of 10,000 characters, our hopes for brevity diminish. It would be helpful if we could opt to not show the character limit for certain questions.

GLM Integration with MailChimp
Hi. I'm told that Community Suite integrates with MailChimp. Curious to know if Foundant plans to add that feature to GLM?

Restructure User/Organization Accounts
The Collaborator tool is definitely a step in the right direction, so thank you for that. However, perhaps you should consider completely reconfiguring how you handle user accounts. A more user-friendly and versatile structure would be for an organization to create an account for the organization and then have users associated with that organization. Each organization would have an admin that would approve user roles within the organization. In this way, all users within an org could access the organization's account (subject to the permissions set by the admin) and work on or see other requests/grant/reports. Make internal follow ups assigned visible on applicant dashboard
We just started using internal follow-up assignments for our staff to complete verbal reports with grant partners. I noticed that the internal assignment is not visible on the applicant dashboard, only those that are assigned externally to the org. contacts. It would be super helpful if ALL reports assigned for the grant regardless of internal or not were visible on the dashboard so there are no surprises for the grant partners and they have a true, full picture of all the reporting dates scheduled.

Award Details tab with Application & Approval Sub-tabs
It would be really helpful to have the Application and Approvals sub-tabs appear when you click on the Award Details tab from the Request Summary page. Currently, you have to 'View Approval' to have them show up.

Set Applicant Last Logged On to match site time zone setting
Currently "Applicant Last Logged On" is set to UTC (according the support chat), not to match the site setting. When sorting drafts in open processes, I often sort by 'applicant last logged on' to determine which drafts might be inactive or who's in the system. Seeing applicants logged in at future times has me thinking there's something wrong with the system, and I've adjusted due dates based on this unnecessarily. Why doesn't this match everywhere else?

Updating Reports Title and Description.
I wish I could update the report's title and description on the same page as the data sets'. I have to close the report, select the report again, click on the pen icon in order to update the description. Please see attached graphic. Sorry for my scrambles. Thank you.

Adding the Approved Stage merge fields as an option for merge fields in email templates
I'm working on Financial Followup Assignment Notifications and discovered that none of the Approved stage merge fields are available to insert in the email templates. Everything up to "Approved" is available. We use grant numbers as a key identifier with our grantees. I was going to add the grant number field as a merge field in an email template, but can't do so.
This will be more time consuming for me, since I will now have to take an extra step in our assignment notifications. Hopefully Foundant will be able to add Approved fields as an option.
