  1. It would be nice to have a field to include in follow-up form for digital signatures. I have copyright forms that require a signature so to be able to create a follow-up form for the PI and they obtain all the signatures would be a great enhancement to my program, and to the Foundant system.

  2. When turning these on or off, each time you select one, it takes you back to the top each time rather than just letting you continue on where you are at. Very time consuming when you have a lot of committees etc.

  3. For an applicant previewing a form with branching logic, the branches remain hidden with no method of opening them. It'd be great for applicants to see the entirety of the form when previewing.

  4. Hello. It would be much more convenient to have the Create Request button at the top of the Request History page, rather than at the bottom. This has been especially true during COVID, as we are frequently creating grants on behalf of our grantees.

  5. Love the merge document field! But, is it possible to make it even more useful? Right now we have 2 options for gathering the finanical back up information that we need in hard copy form to accompany the grants for CRA auditing purposes.

    1. Create an excel report from the GLM (time consuming as it needs to be formatted each time)
    2. manually print the grant recommendation form, approval form and evaluation form, and combine into one pdf - loads of excess paper!

    It would be great to be able to do this from the Merge Templates.

  6. Current: the Applicant role is not available for Grants Managers. Grants Managers often want to see the application exactly as an applicant would, especially before we do outreach.

  7. My company switched from Microsoft Office products to Google in December 2019. I have been able to manage most processes with GLM without an issue, but cannot update merge templates using Google Docs (even though we can edit documents in .docx format in Google). I downloaded the original merge template file from GLM, uploaded it to Google Drive as a .docx format, made a few changes, and downloaded the updated version in Word Document format, but when I add the updated merge template and try to create a document with it in GLM the merge fields do not work even…

  8. I think it would be very helpful if repeating information in third party responses could somehow auto-populate with previously entered information (e.g. Responder's name, contact info etc.).

    Our third party response's contain a lot of duplicated/repeating information so this would make it a lot easier and faster for responders completing multiple requests.

  9. Current situation: administrators must add evaluators through the Process Manager so they are available to be assigned

    Desired situation: as evaluator accounts are added, they are added automatically to every process to make them available to Grants Managers immediately

  10. When on the Request Summary page, a few extra clicks are needed to e-mail the primary contact; either going to the orgs contact page or clicking for more detail, such as the request detail page or follow ups page Present that button on every instance of the Request Summary page.

  12. Hi! I'd like to be able to merge GLM users like we can with organizations. Sometimes it is created in error, either administratively or by the user. We'd like to be able to merge the data into one.

  14. Currently, if a follow-up (say a grant report) is assigned to the original applicant, the applicant can use the Collaborator feature from any form. But if the grant report needs to be reassigned to a new individual (which happens often), the new person assigned the report cannot use Collaborator, unless the entire request is reassigned to them. This means if there are three follow-ups associated with a request, each one to be completed by a different individual, the entire request has to be reassigned 3 times. This creates a lot of unnecessary confusion for the nonprofit. It would be great…

  15. This issue happens in both GLM and SLM. I consider it a CRITICAL priority issue for SLM. Users assigned Eval 2 permissions (to record decisions in application evaluation) have view capabilities to see ALL CLOSED EVALS REGARDLESS OF PROCESS.

    This is a frightening case in SLM when you have data of students from multiple school districts all in different processes, but every Eval 2 user can see their application when the app is in Closed Eval status.

    Applications in SLM have personal data (home address, phone number, email, potentially social security numbers, SAT scores, high school or college transcripts, etc.)…

  16. We are having new (or updated) administrators and grants managers appear automatically on email notifications. This is NOT helpful. We want to be able to designate which admins or other internal staff receive email notifications. An example is the submission notification email for a grant application - we need to edit the list anytime we add or change the permissions of staff.

    Desired behavior: Have the automatic addition of administrators/grants managers be an option that we can toggle on and off

  17. When creating follow-ups in the system, it would be helpful if the system did not automatically select the options to inform all organizational staff when forms are submitted. It would be easiest if there was a system-wide setting to pre-select who will receive notifications, rather than having to remember to uncheck all staff members when creating a follow-up form.

  18. it would be great if the GLM remembered the login credentials for the day, like CSuite. It can re-set each day, but having it not time out during the work day would be awesome!

  20. I'd love to have more than two evaluations (apologies if this is posted somewhere already, I couldn't find it!) - right now we are making two work in place of three but it involves a lot of back end updates to "re-open" evaluation 1 with new questions via a branching option.
