  1. Add SAM UEI field to organization info page as a standard field so it can be added to the waffle grid to view in "open approvals."

  2. In the Application 'document viewer', i was wondering if it would be possible to request the additional of a 'download all' button.

    I need to download all of the attachments as separate PDF files, which currently requires me to click the download icon up to 20 times per application.

  3. This might be two ideas - but both are about the LoR submission page.

    1) It is often the case where LoR writers write many LoRs for students. The SLM experience for these writers is generally good. The writers like that all the names are on one list. But when they start on that list, they click off to the LoR form and (because they have so many to write) they forget whose they are writing in that very instance.   4. There should be a way to preview the question list in a different language. I know you can google translate the actual page as it's being filled out. But it would be even better if, when I create the .pdf of the question list, it could be created in whatever language the application was already being translated in. This would help applicants have a reference of what the application might ask them so that they can be prepared without a language barrier.

  5. In the print packets, it would be terrific if Foundant could pull in Form Name instead of (or in addition to) Form Type on the cover page. So instead of FollowUP, it could say, for example, AFF Grant Covenant.

  7. I'd like the ability to sort SLM applicants by first and last name in all dashboard buckets. Evaluators can sort their dashboard using first or last, but admins can only sort by first name.

  8. We have a committee member who now has a conflict of interest with four applicants (of 37 total in the process). Currently, there is no way to remove this committee member from these four applications. Support is telling us that, once assigned, there is no way to remove a reviewer without losing the work of all the other committee members. This need to be fixed for the future!

  10. Can a Shared Questions type exist that allows the applicant to change their response moving forward in a renewal form, but not have any prior answers changed?

    While CSuite keeps a log of schools attended, it is better & easier to do our reports in SLM in one collective place. If we allowed school changes, then our data will reflect the change in SLM for prior forms.

    This shared question allows the student to see their previous answer and respond if necessary making it easier on the student's experience to not fill out the same info.

  11. It would be amazing if we could customize the installment form more than we currently can in the GLM. For example, many of our installments are based on deliverables from the grantees. It would be great when setting up an installment if we could have a branched question group so that logging the deliverables and their due dates that the installment is dependent upon does not show up unless it applies to the installment at hand.

    How do others approach tracking installment contingencies in the GLM?

  12. We would like to add custom columns to the general search field. An example would be, when searching for an organization, there would be a column that shows the primary contact and contact information. This would allow one to be able to contact the project director without having to go two or three clicks into the organization's page.

  14. We have implement a process where the Executive Director needs to sing an electronic grant agreement. This requires me to know the name and email address of the Executive Director. It would be nice to be able to pull a report specifically showing all the contact names and email addresses listed so I can then know who to assign the report to.

  15. Set and hold the default for forms to be collapsed rather than expanded. Only expand when the user asks to display or when they tab/navigate from the end of one section to another. Having forms fully expanded makes navigation a nuisance for both applicants and admins working to design and modify forms, particularly when they are lengthy. Evaluators experience the same when reviewing applications. The current experience is clunky and frustrating.

  16. Hi Foundant Team!

    Thanks for updating the print packet file names options in the latest release.

    It would be great if 'Opportunity Name' would be an added field to select from for SLM users who have a UA. As of right now it seems as though We can only generate the process name, and a Foundation who has 160+ Funds linked to the single process, the opportunity name would be a great addition!

  17. Can we increase the file size for shared documents and/or get a message if the file is too large to upload. I use it for board packets which are sometimes too large - but the system doesn't give me a message - it just does nothing.

  18. It would be really helpful to have more than 100 characters to work with when adding question labels to forms. I do utilize the instructions section regularly to provide more clarification but also want the question labels to be as clear as possible without having to abbreviate to make it all fit.

It would great if we could control when the application status on students' dashboards are updated so they won't see their approved or denied scholarships until high school students have their awards presentations at their high schools and our notification emails have been sent (in relation to the date they are notified by their school). Currenlty, we have to decide whether to keep students in the dark well after they've been notified by their school or spilling the beans early for those students who haven't yet had their awards presentation event.   20. GLM Deactivating a Contact - add a pop-up comment field to reference later in the User's Summary.

    From the Contacts tab, when using the radio button "Deactivate User" create an auto pop-up allowing a comment field to type notes (when and why the user was deactivated). This comment field would be stored in the User Summary/Comments.
    The attached upload file shows the location to store comments from the auto pop-up field when deactivating a user.
