  1. It would be helpful to have numbers show up on the Documents and Comments tab at the Organization level to indicate that something is uploaded/added there, as they do at the Request level. Most of the time, we add comments or documents to the request level, but when an organization is in between grant cycles, I add it at the organization level and don't want important information to be missed

  4. I recently discovered that question branching does not work when an application is previewed via the Public Apply Link. This means that the feature is essentially useless if the bulk of the application is hidden depending on how the applicant answers the first question.

    We had previously loved the Public Apply Link function as a way to show people an application before they had even made an account with Foundant (we had links to it on our website for prospective grantees).   5. I know I can set columns to show that info on the followups complete tab, but now those kids are gone from the dashboard now that moved over in to csuite

  6. There have been previous posts about having the ability to put a grant on hold (rather than approve or deny), but they haven't gotten much of a response. We would find this extremely helpful, and have been surprised that other funders don't seem to have a need for this. Perhaps a new post will get more of a response?

    Examples for us include having an applicant org announce that the Exec Dir is leaving, and wanting to wait until the new ED is in place before funding (to ensure their priorities remain the same), needing to have a site visit…

  8. It would be helpful if, on the dashboard for a process, denials showed up. Right now, all I can see is those in draft mode. But once completed, they no longer show up on the dashboard. When looking at the status of a process, I think it's helpful to have that there to see an overall picture of where things stand.

  9. The more enhanced log is great but the language when the change is made in CSuite is a little confusing. I think clients will read that as Foundant changed something, not that it was done by their CSuite admins. I know the language is the same in CSuite if a change originated in GLM so updated in both softwares would be great. Perhaps just saying CommunitySuite as the user in GLM or GLM as the user in CSuite.

It would be very helpful if the LOI evaluation stage could have the same rules as the Application stage- 2 forms, staff evaluators and administrators can review, etc. It feels like every time we have a new LOI process we learn something new about how it doesn't work well for us...but it's always when we're halfway through using it.

  11. In an evaluation, if I collapse the first question group in the application, open it again, and then close it again, it closes all of my question groups. This is great! However, this functionality doesn't appear to extend to other parts of the GLM. This would be handy to be added other places, and would be helpful to both administrators and applicants.

An enhancement that would allow us to benefit fully from the new batch print evaluator pdf functionality would be giving us the ability to select which attachments print along with the application. Applicants upload their financial statements which can be 100+ pages. That makes it prohibitive to print. However, there are some attachments that we would like to have print, such as the budget sheet. I tried to mark the upload question as Admin visibility thinking that it wouldn't print the attachment if it was visible to the evaluator, but that didn't work. Could it work that way?

  13. It would be great to be able to upload an email directly from Outlook in the Documents tab. Currently, if there is not an attachment, but the communication in the email itself that we want saved, we have to copy and paste into a Word file and save on our computer as a document before it can be uploaded. If there is an attachment we want saved, that also has to be saved on our computer.

  15. Because our staff are so busy (like everyone!), it would be great if there was a way for staff to "accept" a task when it's assigned (we primarily use GrantHub). For example, a button/check box in the task and/or notification email that says "task accepted." Such a system would allow project managers to ensure our colleagues saw the task/email. And, if/when a task is not accepted, we would have better opportunity follow up to ensure they know their assignments.

  16. When deleting multiple follow-ups (can't do this via batch), it would be great if you could shorten the input from DELETE FOLLOW UP to just DELETE. Having to type out DELETE FOLLOW UP multiple times in a row is tedious. I get why that feature is there - to prevent accidentally deleting information - but can we shorten the input so it's less tedious, please?

  17. Would be great to have our brand colors (or whatever special colors we are wanting to use) kept in the text color options for editing. As it stands, I have to copy and paste color codes in the text areas I want to customize/brand/match each and every time. You know, like in word, when you go to change text color, you get a "recently used" display of colors.

  20. It would be great if we could schedule reports to automatically email whenever we wanted - mostly for recurring reports we use on a regular basis, whether it's daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annually, etc...

    For instance if we had a report we wanted to schedule for every Monday with new date parameters we could set it up so the system would automatically email it to ourselves, and/or others in our org or board members, without having to come into the system to run the report every time.
