Allow organizations to add new Users to an existing account (without overwriting an existing User)
It would be great if a new person at an organization could add themselves as a User into the organization's account WITHOUT overwriting an existing User in the account.
Currently, any time an organization has a new hire (or would just like to add someone new to their account in our portal), they have to contact us and we have to manually add them as a User and provide them with a temporary password. Option to Disable the Preview Application Feature
It would be helpful to have the option to disable the preview feature for a universal application. We are finding that some applicants are running into confusion and issues because they are inadvertently in the "preview" view of the application rather than the "apply" view where they can complete and submit the application.

Allowing Organization Primary Contact add and remove contacts
It would be great if the primary contact in GLM organization profile could add/remove contacts rather than our team having to do that. We have a lot of turnover with our non-profits and they keep making new profiles when they could just be a new contact. And rather than our team having to add/remove, it would be great if the primary did that on their own.

pdf report landscape - add to support hub training
I stumbled upon that I could change the orientation of my pdf reports by editing the site setting for 'print landscape reports'.

GLM/Foundant Accessibility for People Using Screen Readers
We received some good feedback from an applicant: "Due to a small staff and the Director's use of screen reader technology, web forms are often inaccessible and paperwork is very slow-moving. The Opportunity Fund's application and website is more navigable than other foundations but still required many hours of oversight and coordination to receive assistance from board members and staff throughout the process."
I would love to know how/if Foundant is working toward making sure it's products are incorporating web accessibility principles so that a person using screen reader technology could apply for a grant and take care of other…

multiple reminder emails
Increase the number or make customizeable the number of reminders that can be sent. Our leadership prefers 2 reminders BEFORE the due date rather than 1 before and 1 after. :-)

Organization contacts to be able to edit other contacts in their organization. Including adding, deleting and changing contacts
It is very burdensome for us to have to edit all of our organization contacts for our grantees. We have over 200 organizations and they are constantly changing administrative contacts, people who work in their grant offices, etc. It would get great if an organization would be able to edit their own contacts so we did not have to worry about keeping everyone up to date.

Applicant Contact Management Permissions
Organizations and applicants should have the power to manage their contact list including- adding contacts, deactivating contacts (a login should reactivate just in case), editing contact information, etc. They should have the ability to do this so they can keep their profiles and contacts up to date. It would also be great for them to have the ability to reassign applications and follow-ups as there are many staff transitions and changes that we end up needing to work with them on changing rather than them being able to make the necessary changes on their own.

Objectives reporting: pre-populate intended outcomes into follow up reports
We'd like to see the pre-population of stated outcomes listed on the interim and final reports so that the grantee (and the grantmaker) can see what the intentions of the grant were versus what the actual outcomes were. It is time consuming to review grants and have to look through the application and pull out the intended outcomes only to have to do the same for the follow up reports, then have to create a chart or other document that shows the information side by side.
