  1. This recently came across a list serv. I'm wondering if there is a solution in GLM??

    Hey all --- I assume all of us track grantees’ state House and Senate district numbers for various purposes, and have to deal with how to keep those numbers updated during redistricting processes when many numbers change.   3. When we save an email, post save sends us back to the whole list of email templates. Could we please stay on the email we were working on? I want to see the edits I've made and confirm I'm good with them. As it stands, I end up back on my getting longer list of emails and have to search again for the one I was working on...

  4. It would be nice to be able to turn off evaluator downloads. Letting everyone have the ability to download sensitive data seems risky.

  5. Email Statuses.

    I was not able to find definitions for email statuses in the Support Hub. Client Services were helpful in showing me to go to Communications>Email History and hover over the question mark beside each status

    Would it be possible to have the question mark/definition functional wherever an email status icon is found?

    And perhaps post the definitions in the Support Hub?

    It might also help to tell a bit more (see quotes):

    Sent: The email was sent from the system to the email provider. "The green check mark will indicate it has been received by the email provider…

  6. The describe your idea box is quite small and can only accommodate a few sentences. This text box makes it difficult when trying to think through larger more complex ideas to have to scroll up and down. It often results in mistakes and unclear thoughts.

  7. It would be beneficial to have a place to go and see a history of applications for every process, live and archived with applications that were awarded or denied. It occurs to me to accomplish this it might also be helpful to be able to group processes to gather this history to be able to see all history for say example Family Fund Grant 2022 and Family Fund Grant 2023. Perhaps this could be accomplished through a report of some kind while an integration into the system would be easier and more accessible. We would use this when meeting with…

  8. Our SLM currently runs 2 universes and multiple independent processes simultaneously (and that number is only going to grow). The main administrator dashboard mixes all of those statuses (draft, submitted, assigned, etc.) together. In order to find the information I am looking for, I have to filter the processes, but with multiple universes and processes, that can get very time-consuming. Can there be a button/dropdown on the dashboard that allows me to only see the applicants for the universe that I choose?

  9. I wanted to email a lot of addresses outside of Foundant.
    Using an email template i have created.
    As I manually entered all the addresses I was told the limit is only 200 characters which isn't many email addresses!

  11. We have many processes while only 5 or so are toggled on at a time. The others are either not ready to be archived, or not ready to be toggled on. It would clean up the page to have a third collapsable menu with all the processes that are inactive.

  12. Users are able to create a GLM account using the same email address for their account and their executive officer. For example, ABC Org created an account with abcorg@gmail.com as their username. They then answered ‘No’ to the Executive Officer question and entered the same email address for the Executive Officer. Now when attempting to update any information for either of the contacts, it isn’t allowed because the system is seeing it as a duplicate.

    A user should be restricted from using the same email address for their username and the executive officer when they are creating a new account.…

  13. Currently Request ID is only visible in reports. However, this means that while all requests have a unique identifier, there is no way to quickly navigate to that request based on the navigator, or even see what that identifier is while in the request. Would be great to have the functionality to search by request id as well as having it added to the columns visible on the request history page. Even nicer would be the ability to navigate directly from the request id listed on the report to the request record in Foundant.

  14. Our foundation uses a process as a "general inquiry", for folks to complete and we then have a staff member determine if they are a good fit for certain grant rounds. It would be amazing if there was an option aside from "abandon" or "deny" in which we could close a complete application, after it has been copied to a new process for further development.

    This eliminates any confusion for our applications when they look at the dashboard. As of right now, we're denying them as they are being copied, but they can see the denial in the dashboard.

  15. Add SAM UEI field to organization info page as a standard field so it can be added to the waffle grid to view in "open approvals."

    SAM UEI replaces DUNS as a required reporting field for all federal grants.

  16. This might be two ideas - but both are about the LoR submission page.

    1) It is often the case where LoR writers write many LoRs for students. The SLM experience for these writers is generally good. The writers like that all the names are on one list. But when they start on that list, they click off to the LoR form and (because they have so many to write) they forget whose they are writing in that very instance.   17. There should be a way to preview the question list in a different language. I know you can google translate the actual page as it's being filled out. But it would be even better if, when I create the .pdf of the question list, it could be created in whatever language the application was already being translated in. This would help applicants have a reference of what the application might ask them so that they can be prepared without a language barrier.

  18. In the print packets, it would be terrific if Foundant could pull in Form Name instead of (or in addition to) Form Type on the cover page. So instead of FollowUP, it could say, for example, AFF Grant Covenant.

  19. I would love an easy way for evaluators to differentiate or even hide their evaluation 1 or evaluation 2 responses. I have a board committee that does an initial review (evaluation 1) before sending recommendations to the full board for review (evaluation 2). The committee members struggle to keep track of what they've done when they're working on the evaluation 2 round. It would be great if they could click a button to filter out the eval 1 responses! (giving them the ability is important because that group refers back to their original responses.

  20. It would be fantastic if we could edit the Award Details tab within the request summary to show information most relevent to us and to our grantees. I would love to be able to pull in the most high-level information from our approval page to show a better picture of the award.

    For example, Grant Period, Focus of Funds, etc. This is high-level info that would be great for us and our applicants to see without needing to go into a grant agreement. Just as the award details page currently shows high-level installment/payment info, It should show other high-level grant…
