Organization Summary - Request history default order
During the 5.20 release, the UI changed on the Organization Summary page. With that, we are able to filter the request history table on all fields. This is a great feature for organizations we have given a large number of grants to, and will help find specific grants more quickly. However, the default order of the requests has changed from newest at the top and oldest at the bottom to the reverse order with oldest requests on top and newest on the bottom. I prefer to have requests sorted with the most recent on top, allowing us quicker access to grants that are current.
Thanks for considering!

Hi Mariah,
Thanks so much for the feedback - especially the details. It helps me be much more efficient in responding and thus allows me to get back to many more users.
First, I'm glad that adding the sorting capability to the request history table was helpful. We are really trying to focus on improving the user experience - we don't always get it perfect, but I think we have a lot of opportunities to make some progress.
Second, we noticed just after we did the 5.20.0 release that the default sort order had changed. By the end of that week, October 7, we had a fix in place to make the default sort order work like it had prior to 5.20.0.
Please let me know if this has addressed your concern!
