Display Required Type and Shared Question Source in Form Builder UI
Hi all, I'm not sure if this is a "just me" problem, but:
There is currently a quick, easy visual way to determine if a question's Required Type is "Required" (asterisk on question's Label), but no way to differentiate between something that is "Read Only" and "Optional" without clicking into each individual question.
This can be annoying when you're sharing a ton of questions between forms, as you need to first share the question into the form and then go back in to edit its required type. E.g. we track 10-30 separate indicators per process, and our final report forms contain the year's goals from the application and the progress from the interim report as read-only in addition to asking for a final number, which adds up quick.
A small icon on the form builder UI for "Read Only" questions, as there is for "Required" questions, would make it easier and save time to do a final check of the form without having to click into 20-60 questions in a form to make sure that each shared question is set to the "Read Only" instead of "Optional" (to which the shared questions default).
Additionally, there's an icon to indicate that a question is shared, but it would be awesome to have a spot in the Form Builder UI to indicate which forms the question is actually shared on. E.g. from the final report form builder, you could tell at a glance that you shared the goal question from the application into the final report, but forgot to do so on the interim report, etc.
Would anyone else find this helpful?

I would like to add support for displaying where the shared question came from originally. When you start sharing questions across multiple forms, the original sometimes gets lost and it takes time to figure out where to find the original field.
