With 20 grant rounds a year, and 20 scholarship rounds each year... yes, that is a lot of balls in air. Most of the grant rounds are yearly, It would be nice to have a planning calendar within Foundant to show us grant rounds application open and deadlines, scoring deadlines, and follow-up reporting for multiple processes or all process. Thanks for considering. :)

So as much as I'd love a built-in scrum board, I feel like that might be getting a bit far afield of product intent (and the scope of work would be huge on it).
However, piggybacking on your idea for something that might not be as tech-intensive (but almost as useful) is an .ics export that'll dump all the associated dates from a process as appointments into whatever calendar program you use...? And then maybe share them out to your team / applicants / evaluators, etc? That'd be pretty powerful.
All that being said, with a workload like what you're describing, it sounds like you could definitely use a project management system outside of what's going on in GLM. Asana would be my first recommendation, but I know that working at a nonprofit means a shoestring budget - I've been using bitrix24 and found that it's a usable substitute (and it's free!). Hope that helps :)
