  2. I'm working in Donor reports and like that I can see each year of giving, and Custom Reports doesn't do this. I would LOVE a Loyal Donor report with a filter to select for donation date of 2023, 2022, 2021, etc. and be able to roll up donor information to the household with emails for both donors (if a household) and mailing address so we can thank/recognize donors for their loyalty.

  3. Would like the ability to create a custom report for an event campaign guest list. Ideally all fields from the "Guest List" export (located in the campaign profiles tab) would be included as well as "work organization" and "work title" from an individual profile.

    Use case: Professional advisors attend an event and are invited by an organization that is not their employer. When printing name tags for the event, if a profile has a work organization and title, would like to pull this information onto the name tags (not the organization that registered the individual for the event).

  4. To assist with knowing which profiles have been created via Stripe, add 'StripeID' as an available field in profile reports for including as a column and as a filter. This will help with identifying duplicate profiles due to Stripe not matching on criteria specified. Not all duplicates show in the Duplicates listing.

  5. As a community foundation, we would like to know who are the first time donors to our operating fund on an annual basis. While we can run a donor report with information on individual donors (like first date and last date of donations), we receive a lot of donations from institutional funds (Fidelity, Schwab, etc) and it isn't possible to bring fund advisor information into that report.

  7. It would be great to have a field within custom reports that indicates if a grant is a multi-fund grant or not. Currently there is no way to show this and multi-fund grants appear as individual grants based on the fund rather than one grant that is paid separately. This makes reporting on multi-fund grants a very manual process.

  9. It would be great to be able to email a URL link for a Report, so Users can quickly access shared reports, rather than having to tell them the report name and hope they find it on their own. Currently URL for all reports is: https://columbusfdn.fcsuite.com/erp/report/display

    I know there is functionality to email reports, but those don't have live links to profiles, so that is less ideal for many projects and processes.

  10. In support of requests from our auditors, we need a report that combines all money-in -- both donations and invoice payments. However, we have not found a way to create that in Custom Reports. We are looking for a way to combine both donation details and invoice payment details.

    Unfortunately, just the GL detail won't work for our auditors. They like to make their sample selections based on payment method and gift type - so we are looking for a way to pull this information or combine in the least painful way possible. Some of this information is obtainable from…

  11. Please have a way when you choose Custom Fields then ID you can pull a report from that particular field. Very important when we enter donations during GIFT Matching.

  12. It would be nice if the report information (name, number, report details, filters, etc.) could somehow be added to the csv export similar to how it is added when you export Audit Reports. Sometimes my team will run a report and just send me the csv file. It'd be nice if I could back track and more easily find which report their data is based of.

  14. Add bulk option to 'Set Notify' on a custom report so that a profile type can be used to isolate only main advisors on funds to receive the notifications. Currently, only option is to bulk add 'Set Notify' on the fund advisor page which would add the notification to all advisors on every fund.

  15. In creating a custom report for tasks, we can pull a Profile ID but NOT Profile Name. We are not sure why we cannot pull the Profile Name. Can this please be added.

  16. It appears that when creating a Donor Report for a Fund, which can give you helpful information immediately, does not translate very well to a Custom report.

    You have the ability to "save" the Donor Report, but when you open it up under a Custom Report (Which is where it ends up) all the columns are completely different. Therefore, giving you different information.

    Both the Donor Reporting tool and the Custom Reporting tool give you different abilities, which are not always available for both options. It would be nice to streamline these reporting abilities so you can add/remove more information.

  17. Fundraisers have requested to pull donations linked to opportunities assigned to them. To facilitate this, we have one option available: the opportunity type name. It would be beneficial if you could provide us with two fields—opportunity ID and opportunity assigned name—to filter by in the donations report.

  18. When creating a custom report that includes both individual and household profiles, the report cannot be sorted by Last Name. A solution to either include last name in the Household profile or to somehow easily sort a report by last name would be ideal.

  19. Check templates have a merge field vendor_name. It would be very helpful if that same field were available for custom reports. We use Positive Pay through our bank and it's important the report matches what is printed on checks.

  20. It would be helpful to have the ability to share custom reports in C-suite but only to selected staff and not to all of the organization. We have reports that are needed cross-departmental and if the person that created the report isn't available to run the report we either have to wait for them to return or try to reproduce the report. The data within the report isn't something we'd want to be made available for all staff to go in and run the report.
