Donation Import Template - Add Pledge ID
When using the donation import template there is no field to link the donation being imported to an open pledge or promise in CSuite. This requires clicking on the pledge ID & looking for any donations made by the donor & then linking them. Or going into each donation & then linking to open pledges. Either way it is a manual process to link imported donations to pledges or promises. For organizations that have a high volume of pledge payments this is a time consuming process. Receipt for multiple donations with import
Needing a multifund receipt option for imports. We are planning to utilize the file import for donations when we have large campaigns to save data entry time. When we go to pull the receipts however it's doing 1 page per donation instead of 1 page per donor.
I understand that we can manually enter the multi fund donation and get the same outcome but that is much more time consuming.2 votes -
Donations - please bring back the option to use the enter button to process a donation
Prior to a recent update, when entering a donation and getting to the tax receipt template field, we were able to use the enter button on the keyboard to have the system process the donation.
For those of us that prefer using the keyboard instead of the mouse, It would be great if you could bring it back.
Since the update, we have to tab 2 more times before the enter key will work again or scrolling to the bottom of the page and using the mouse to click on process.

It would be helpful to add notifications to Fund Advisors of new Pledges and Promises as a function on the Fund Advisor designation in a Profile.

multi-fund
Multi-fund donations currently don't offer the option to add a separate campaign to each of the different segments.
I currently still have to split a gift into multiple transactions to ensure that our analytic and data integrity is maintained. Should consider any analytics that are impacted and include additional fields like campaign and service area.

Existing Tribute Drop Down When Entering Donation in CSuite
It would be nice if there was an existing tribute drop down option when entering a donation in CSuite similarly to the one that can be added on the online donation portal. This would help keep things streamlined and organized!

Ability to show Promises as paid when paid by Internal Grant
Please provide a way to show a promise as being paid without having to link it to a donation "automatically". We have several promises that were paid via Internal Grant from various donor-advised funds, but CSuite isn't recognizing those as being linkable donations. In our campaign, we expect to have several others in the same situation. Or is there another way to show those paid by Internal Grant as being paid? Thank you!

Bequests
There should be a clear and simple process to log a bequest intention or future planned gift so that you can keep track and monitor your planned giving pipeline. I tried to do it as a Promise, but you need to have the date of first payment and that has obvious issue.
1 voteHow about an Opportunity? You can attach both a profile and fund. You can create a Bequest Opportunity type with stages that match your process. Opportunity types can be created in the left side menu of an Opportunity. Once created, you can create stages. We have many clients that track bequests this way. Would that work?

Adding Email to "Add Donation" page in Donations
We are trying to create a process for emailing tax receipts. We have many tax receipt templates and want to ensure we choose the correct one via mailed vs electronic. However, the biggest hurdle is that we do not know if an email address is available for each donor when we are in the "add donation" page.
It would be easier to create donations through the donation tab rather than finding each profile. If the email was added to the options in the section shown in attached, that would help us plan accordingly.

contact record
A major downside of CSuite is the lack of a robust "contact record" for each donor profile. The engagement tab isn't it because you can't bulk upload a particular contact method. For instance, I have about 40 new contacts that I sent a mailing to. I want to (1) bulk upload them as new profiles then (2) make a record of the mailing and (3) include the pdf of the document I mailed.
Any other modern CRM can easily accomplish this, and list the mailing as a contact alongside phone calls, emails, etc.
