  1. I love the ability to archive campaigns and get them off the campaign list, but we would like to be able to continue to see some of the campaigns on profiles. We track programming participants through campaigns and we would like that history to remain easily visible on their profile.

  2. It would be helpful if there was a description field that would allow us to further define a profile type to ensure there is clarity within the organization on what that type means to us.

  3. When creating a profile the State should always be capitalized. The system puts it in lower case. Would be great if it was automatically uppercase as it should be.

  4. Thanks for all the great recent donation portal updates! I like that we now have the option to show the fund's grant type on the fund listing page. It would be great if there was also the option to group funds by their grant types like how the nonprofit directory works. We like that the nonprofit directory includes the grant types, but it would be great if service areas could be an additional way to filter this page. In addition, it would be great to be able to reorder the tabs that appear on the portal. We don't currently have…

  5. Fundraisers have requested to pull donations linked to opportunities assigned to them. To facilitate this, we have one option available: the opportunity type name. It would be beneficial if you could provide us with two fields—opportunity ID and opportunity assigned name—to filter by in the donations report.

  6. After sending email Fund Statements it would be beneficial to see within the batches if the "Sent" job was successful. The only way to see if an email statement was delivered is to view the email history within a Fund Advisors Individual profile.

  7. Add a receipt interval to the recurring donation setup. We have some recurring donors who would prefer to only receive receipts at year’s end. Currently a profile’s email must be temporarily removed or set to inactive to ensure a receipt is not sent at the time a recurring donation is processed. When processing recurring donations they currently bypass the Receipt Bucket and move straight to the Posted Bucket.

  8. The copy buttons don't require any confirmation that you actually want to copy prior to the copy being completed currently. This is an issue because it is often next to "edit" or "merge" buttons, so it is fairly easy to mistakenly click from time to time. Additionally, it can be fairly easy to miss that you did copy the record since the only indication is a refresh of your screen in most cases, so this can result in duplicate records and confusion. A simple screen asking if you want to copy this record would avoid this without causing too much…

  9. I'm working in Donor reports and like that I can see each year of giving, and Custom Reports doesn't do this. I would LOVE a Loyal Donor report with a filter to select for donation date of 2023, 2022, 2021, etc. and be able to roll up donor information to the household with emails for both donors (if a household) and mailing address so we can thank/recognize donors for their loyalty.

  11. When importing a batch of grants, you should be able to specify an expense account at the time of import. Currently you can't, so if you import a huge batch of grants that needs a specific expense account, you have to go through and individually edit each grant to the correct expense account anyway, which defeats the purpose of being able to batch import grants.

  12. When a fund advisor password is reset, the Log shows the fund advisors name in 'User' field and not the staff person's name who reset the password. 'User' should always reflect the staff member.

  13. Currently, we always have to unreconcile bank statements in order to make gift adjustments. That’s an unwieldy and problematic process. One proposed workaround is to make negative donations, but that requires 2 new gifts that have to go through a whole new creation/review process. What’s more concerning is that negative donations would be forever visible on the donor portal, as if we moved money from their fund. We really need a way to cleanly make gift adjustments.

  16. We realize there was an Idea Lab suggestion to have an Optional Grant Letter. It’s been marked as implemented, with the suggestion to separate check batches. That’s a bit unwieldy, so we’d like to propose a better idea.

    We’d like the ability to have default settings for grant letter production, based on the fund. The idea would be that at the fund level, we could specify its grant letter default, either a grant letter or no grant letter.   20. Ability to add a grantee as a beneficiary to a fund more for more than once would be helpful. We have several funds in which the same grantee is designated for two very different purposes and different percentages. The current text field isn't large enough to account for multiple purposes, and having two separate line items would create the individual spendable grants when creating them in bulk, which would be extremely helpful.
