  1. Add indicator on profile records that indicates the profile was created from the import donations tool. Allow this field to be filtered on in reports. This will help greatly in identifying duplicate profiles created by imports.

  6. Traditionally in financial statements, long-term liabilities are listed after current liabilities. Currently, it's the opposite, long-term liabilities are listed before other liabilities.

  7. Greater Milwaukee Foundation would like a more finance-oriented approach to financial statements and variances. Specifically, when looking that the budget variances on the Income Statement/Budget Column option, the revenue section is correct in that the variance is 'actual minus budget'. However, the expense section is backwards, and should be 'budget minus actual'. We currently have to edit this in excel.

  9. The email address has an associated data field named "Other Detail". There is not a way to add the email address "Other Detail" field to a report. The "Other Detail" field is currently only viewable in the CSuite application screen. We would like to use the email "Other Detail" field to hold codes to subscriptions allowed at that address.

    There is a similar data field for the Phone number named "Detail" which is available in a reporting object.

  10. Fund Advisors are literally users with unique access and it would be valuable for Foundant users to always consider them this way. I know some will disagree, but adding User as a designation made things more simple. Categorizing a User as a Fund Advisor - if coded efficiently and for effectiveness - could make things more simple as well.

  11. Currently when processing a voucher you have to check the box to reduce spend on each voucher for a endowed fund. Have the ability to set this system wide on all vouchers which are endowed rather than it closing to unrestricted.

  12. CSuite is not logging anything that happens on the “Edit Pay Schedule” page (….\grant\schedule?grant_id=xxxx) for a Grant record.

    Is there any way that you can capture changes to the payment lines on a grant that are made on the "Edit Payment Schedule" page and record them in the log file for the grant?

    Not sure how reasonable this request is, but right because changes are not captured, the log does not always line up with what is on the grant record for payment details.

  13. Please offer an option to edit a pledge after it's creation; whether it be to change the amount (accidental zeroes happen!) or change the donor from a household to an individual, it should be allowed to edit. Having to delete or 'write off' a pledge if a mistake occurs can have large and messy complications in our financials. This was posted previously but did not get moved along. Thank you!

  16. We have a security issue that I hope can be addressed. We need to give someone the ability to inactivate a user without giving them extensive access throughout CSuite. This is necessary for immediate off-boarding. Right now, the only way to provide the ability to inactivate someone is to give them Edit permission on Users. Once you have that permission, you can add anyone to groups, sufficient enough to give almost anyone system-wide permissions. That’s sensitive and dangerous. We just want to give someone the ability to do user maintenance functions, such as resetting a password, unlocking a user, or…

  17. We have a lot of profiles that we mail for different reasons and therefore send to different address types (home vs. business). It would be useful to have a space to include the individuals title and organization name in the address block for business addresses. Right now we are de-duping and doing a lot of external clean up (in excel) to remove the title and organization name from individuals using a home address.

  18. Opportunities are plans that detail and track fundraising efforts to build relationships with prospects and secure major gifts; 2 different types to secure a major gift are cash and pledge.
    When a commitment is made through a pledge, the remaining balance should reflect the variance between the solicited amount and the pledged amount. This shouldn't be limited strictly to cash contributions.

  19. Make the authentication box on the login screen automatically populate the cursor and ability to type. Once you try to log in, it prompts for authentication. Then, you have to click on the text box, but most of the time, I forget to click the box because on most websites, it automatically is ready to have someone type in it. So I am left typing the authentication on my phone into nothing.

  20. Show inactive stewards in italics at bottom of the steward list just as inactive org roles show in the org roles section of the relationships tab in organization profiles. Also add active/inactive as report and filter options on steward custom reports and other reports that can include steward information.
