  1. When emailing grantees for Electronic Payments, there is the CC email field (which is great!) - it would be super helpful for this field to automatically pull in the Email from the grantee profile that is marked as "Pay". So that the email can automatically be sent to the grantee ED and the person who should be notified of payments.

  2. I would like to have the ability to generate even a simple letter from a profile, so it auto fills name, address and I can take it from there. Add to the "Create" in the left sidebar please!

  5. When setting up a new opportunity for a household (example new fund solicitation or bequest expectancy), it would be helpful if the household's opportunity showed up under both individual parties' profiles as well.

  7. Notes - many of our profiles have pages and pages of notes because currently each note is shown in it's entirety. I was wondering if we could only show the first 5 (?) lines of a note on the profile. Then have the option to click on a "show more" button or click on the note itself to get the full note to appear. This would allow for an 'at a glance' option to find the note we need to view.

It would be beneficial to be able to create a report (similar to that of the audit report) that shows a funds beginning balance, the change in the fund balance for the time period (donations, grants, expenses, investment earnings, etc). ending balance. The key here would be for it to be just 1 report with 1 fund showing all of the years that the fund has existed or at least data is in CSuite. This is possible with the audit report but only for 1 year at a time. A year over year income statement gets the year over year…

  9. It would be great if it were possible for the "Grant Type" (we use NTEE codes) to auto-populate from Guidestar when doing the Guidestar Charity Check. Currently, staff has to manually look them up in our organization's separate Guidestar account for each grantee when processing an award.

  10. Fund Advisor donation notifications currently don't include tribute information, if the donation has been made in honour/memory of someone. It would be helpful if that was a field that could be added to donation notifications, as it's very important to some of our fund advisors to keep track of this for their own fundraising purposes.

  11. It would be helpful to 1. choose the grants for which you do not want grant letters automatically generated and 2. review/edit the letters before they are automatically uploaded to the grant record.

    Not all grants utilize the grant letters feature. We need the ability to use the feature for some grants but not all of them. Also, some grant letters need to be customized or revised before they go to the grant record.

  12. Balance Swap - Edit Amounts

    The Balance Swap feature is extremely helpful, but it would be better if you could change the amount for the balance swap that is needed. In some instances, a fund needs a balance swap, but I would like the ability to make two different swaps on different days.

  14. It would be helpful if we could enter multiple contacts for an organization based on the inquiry (director, grants, treasurer, etc.). As of now, we either have to put additional contacts in a note or create multiple profiles for the same organization in order to have multiple contacts.

  17. Often times, we have to copy the same note to multiple profiles or funds because either there were multiple contact people for one fund or there was one contact person for multiple funds. Right now the only way to show up in multiple places is to copy the note.

  18. When we "Make Inactive" a CSuite user when an employee leaves, it should automatically turn off any notifications to that user.

    Currently, we have to remember that a person is receiving "grant request notification" emails for example, and uncheck the box manually BEFORE deactivating the user, or else those emails will continue. Worse, when you go to see whether they are included in the list of people receiving this notification, their name won't even appear... which requires you to reactivate the user just to be able to turn the notifications off.

    It's nice when you don't have to do these…

  20. For Donations that are from a Donor Advised Fund or other scenarios where you have an Advisor to the donation that needs the tax receipt or acknowledgement letter (e.g., Edward Jones account is donor, but Jane Smith is advisor), the envelope template in Csuite still pulls "Edward Jones 1234 Foundant St" as the address, not the donor advisor. How can this be changed or can I change the envelope template and re upload this? I have to go to the donor advisor profile each time and print an envelope from their profile, rather than just use the streamlined 'print envelopes'…
