  1. Currently when an advisor requests a grant we have four staff members who receive the notification email about the request. However, the email only includes the advisor name in the notification. Is it possible to have the notification include the grantee and amount that is being requested?

  2. We would like to be able to turn off the Grant Unpost email, as it tends to cause concern for Fund Advisors when minor changes are made to a posted grant. It would be nice to separate the settings!

  3. It would be wonderful if there was an easy way to include a link that automatically populates an "Add to Calendar" option for events when folks view and/or register for an event. Currently, individuals have to manually add event details, time-date,name, etc to their individual calendars.

  4. We just realized that when we pull fund statements, the grantee for internal grants is listed as our Foundation rather than the destination funds. We want the donors to know their grants went into the correct funds, so we'll have to hand write the destination funds on all the paper statements. It would be great if fund statements could name the destination funds for internal grants.

  5. Financials-Fund balance: please configure this report so that it shows active funds with $0 balance. In the past, this report included active funds with $0 balance but this was recently changed.

  6. Currently, the ? icon for the "sponsored org" field indicates this is the vendor the check will be made out to. We're having trouble making that work when giving to a group with a fiscal sponsor, though this is the field we've been directed to use for those situations. The check needs to be made out to the fiscal sponsor, since that's the legal entity, but it makes no sense to put the sponsor in the "Sponsored Org" field, since it's the opposite of that.   7. Past users sometimes create Opportunity/Note/Task types that are no longer useful to current staff. Please create an option to make those types "Inactive" rather than simply deleting them - we may want to keep the historic data in CSuite, but NOT on the Drop down list. It would help to clean things up and streamline categories.

  8. In the checks module, when there are checks in the new check bucket, it would be helpful to have a total of all checks in the bucket on that screen. Additionally, when you click into a given batch of checks (regardless of which bucket it's in), it would be helpful to have a batch total appear on that screen as well.

  9. Would like to see ticket purchasers and guests all in one spot. Currently, you can only see a list of ticket purchasers and the number of tickets they've purchased and then the "guests" of these ticket purchasers are in another area (guest list). Would be great to see the guests underneath the ticket purchaser, similar to how the campaign invitee list formats guests/household members (you have the invitee and then below them & to the right will list their guests or household profiles with their email info, all in one spot).

  10. When creating a grant in Csuite, the grant letter template field just displays "edit". Even if a fund has been assigned a template in system data, there is no way to know what grant letter will pull. If a template has been assigned, it would be nice if that template name displayed in the grant under Grant Letter template.

  11. Thank you for adding Tasks to individual Profiles! Can you please make ALL TASKS visible on a profile regardless of who created or the assigned person? It's helpful to see all past due/current/future tasks on a profile regardless of who they are assigned to.

  12. Remove inactive users from the Assign To search box when creating a Task. When creating tasks inactive users are still listed as options to assign a task to which makes the list of users cluttered and can cause a task to be assigned to a former employee.

  13. The checks can now be GROUPED in different ways, and you can sort the vouchers in different ways, but when the check run is created, they do not stay in the sort order. The check run isn't in any order that makes sense to me now.

  14. After a grant request has come over from the portal and is in the new bucket, we have the option to change the grantee. However, this only allows us to select a grantee profile and does not include any of our internal foundation funds. It would be nice if there was also the option to change the grantee to a foundation fund and process as an internal grant. Thanks for considering!

  15. Admin Fees should not make a fund balance negative. The situation we recently had was that a fund was set for closure, the final grant had been made and the balance was $0. However, the fund had not yet officially been closed in Csuite (we wait for the final check to clear.) Quarterly Admin Fees were posted which included this fund. It then made the fund balance negative. It seems an alert should pop that there are not sufficient balance to cover the fee. .....and yes, ideally we should remove the admin fee type on a fund when it is…

  16. I'm not sure why support has asked me to post this on the Idea Lab since this was a function we used to have but is now it's missing on the left hand menu. It seems more of a support issue, but here goes.

    Today I had a situation where an incorrect cheque number was entered in a 2018 transaction. I can’t fix this because it goes back way too far. Normally what I do is click switch to electronic on the left hand menu and make a note on the reconciled printout of the cheque number.

  17. CSuite does not allow users to enter the void date on a check, it defaults to the day that it was done. It would be so helpful if we could enter the date that we want it to be voided.

  18. When training new staff, we like to give them full permissions in the sandbox site so they can access everything and more easily see how their role fits in with other parts of our processes. However, every time we sync the sandbox site, these permissions are overwritten by our staff's more limited permissions in the live site. It would be great if there was a setting that would allow us to keep full permissions in the sandbox site even after syncing it. Thanks for considering!

  19. Guest information fields should be available to the the event ticket receipt template. This is especially important when offering multi-unit tickets so that ticket holders can have record of which guests were included in the ticket.

  20. It would be helpful if an "Open Opportunity" pop up notification comes up when entering a donation. Just how Open Pledges show up when entering a donation for a profile that has an open pledge (picture). This would an amazing feature, especially if there's over 100 opportunities created.
