Donation Portal: Event Tickets option to cover the fees
Can we have an option to turn off the "include credit card fees" box for the cart on the Event Tickets tab only? We want it for our Donate To a Fund" tab, but when it comes to Events, we find that if we have an event price=event value (there isn't a donation component in the event price), then if someone includes the option to cover the credit card fees, then an automatic donation letter for the credit card fee amount (less than $2.00) is sent to the even ticket purchaser. ApplePay, PayPal, Venmo integration
Looking for a way to collect donations from donors who don't want to write a check or use a credit card (use ApplePay, PayPal, Venmo, etc). Donors are looking for an easy way to make a quick donation on their phone and/or use QR codes for making donations. How can this integrate to capture donor information?

donor portal
The only way to change the logo, is by uploading the new version under System Data or updating the style for the Donor Portal. The logo uploaded under system data has size restrictions: at least 150 px wide or tall (max 350 px wide or tall). However, our web designer is trying to code on the back end for a larger logo to be used across the header (like on our homepage for GLM) on our donor portal homepage but we are running into roadblocks given the restrictions on the CSuite logo size restrictions. Titles on Donation Pages
When you share a donation page on social media, it looks very spammy with "erp/donate/create." Chatting with support, I am surprised that this cannot change. What is strange is that the fund's name will show up at the top of the browser tab, but when shared, it shows a jumbled mess. This is unfortunate for our fundholders who want to share about their funds, but their links are very non-descript. Donation Portal Tribute Area Title
The "Person being remembered/honored" title needs to be addressed. It splits the word "honored" into two lines. If there were a space after the / or if the text box this title is in were a bit larger, then that word might not split into two lines.

non-promoted displaying in search bar of donation portal
Funds that are not being promoted (internal funds) are showing up in the search bar of the donation portal and allowing donors to give to these funds and causing confusion.
1 voteThis is operating as designed. A Donor can search for any funds that are not marked private. If you do not want them to be included in the search results, edit the fund and click on the box marked private.

More options for fund donation page: prefill form, hide/show options
A couple of enhancements I'd suggest to the fund donation page:
1. Make it possible to prefill a form when a potential donor follows a link from our website. For instance, we have suggested annual contribution levels for donors to contribute to our General Fund ($500 Sustaining Donor level, i.e.). If a donor clicked that link, to subscribe to our general fund at that level, it would be great if they could be taken to the General Fund donation page, with (a) recurring donation already selected, (b) $500 already filled in, and (c) no end date selected. Allow us to Disable Save of Card on the Donation Portal
Not sure how we missed this before today, but we just discovered a checkbox that appears when a Fund Advisor is logged in and makes a donation. The checkbox is on the Cart Summary page and reads, “Save this card for my future use”.
This check box only appears for Fund Advisors who are logged into the Fund Advisor portal and then select to donate.
Foundant Success explained that the purpose of this checkbox is to allow the donor to "save" their credit card information so they do not need to fill it in again on the Stripe page.

Make "Grant Requests" Header Editable in Grant Catalog
Currently "Grant Requests" is hard coded as the header at the top of any grant catalog page and is unable to be removed or edited. We currently use the grant catalog to accept and track donations to grants and funds and do not use it to accept grant requests. It is confusing for donors to see “grant requests” as one of the most prominent things on the screen when that doesn't apply. It would be wonderful if this text could be removed or edited. Thanks for considering!

Accidental duplicate donations by donors
It would be great if the system could trigger a pop up/warning if there is a duplicate donation in the cart (amount or fund or both) before it goes through the payment process. We're finding that every now and again a donor has not noticed the duplicate payment and has transacted twice when they only meant to once.

Fix donation page view on mobile phone
When viewing a fund on the donor portal on a mobile phone, the text is posted to the far right of the image, making the page look clunky and creating a large space between funds. Instead of paying an outside web designer to fix this, this should be fixed internally at Foundant.

At the top of the donation portal page, it would be helpful to have a dropdown box listing the fund beneficiaries so donors can view only those funds linked to the entity they wish to support.

Express consent to share donor info with fund holders
In order to comply with British Columbia privacy laws, we need to achieve "express consent" to share donor info via the donation pathway and track that consent so that info is shared appropriately with fund advisors. I'd like to see CSuite help us achieve that via the donation process with the addition of a checkbox during checkout.
The checkbox could look similar to the “Donation in Honour of” checkbox and read something like:
[_] Yes please share my name and contact information with the xxxFund Holder/Charity so they can contact me directly to share information about their programs and campaigns.…
