Profile Merge should include all fields
Coming from Raisers Edge where we had comprehensive options to include / exclude what was merged from the source profile to the target profile, we are finding some gaps for what is included with a profile merge in CSuite. We are finding data that does not come over to the target profile from the source profile which requires additional manual entries to restore all information back to the merged profile.
Below are the fields that are not being considered in the profile merge based on testing in our Sandbox as of this date (5/23/2023).

Default Grant Sort
I think grants in the various buckets used to be sorted by grantID by default, but now I can't tell how they're sorted. I know I can choose any column to sort by, but can it go back to default sorting by grantID like before? Thanks for considering.

It would a great addition to the system if we were able to link pledges to opportunities to help track engagement and follow through.

Bulk Profile Updates and Note Additions
Similar to a bulk profile import, there should be a function to mass update features of profiles that all need the same update. For example, we recently pulled our 'unsubscribe' list from MailChimp after a universal email campaign and found that 406 people would like to unsubscribe. Currently, this needs to be done manually...going into each profile to select "do not email" and then adding a note as to why we are marking them this way. Do Not Allow users with Donation Display permission to click [sent] or [clear] in the Tax Receipt field on a Donation record
The Donation 'Display' permission allows a user to click [sent] [clear] in the Tax Receipt field enabling them to 'edit' the record. This should not be allowed when the user group only has 'Display' permission.

Allow bulk updates via data imports (csv with unique IDs)
Allow bulk updates via imports on profile, grants, voucher, and fund tables. This already exist for custom fields but not all fields.

Allow Organization roles to be added from any profile/profile type
When the change was made to allow org roles to be linked with organizations and households (4-5-2024) you have to start at the organization you want to link from. It is no longer allowed from an individual to link to an organization. Please put the original ability to link from the individual to the organization back.

Favorite Custom Reports
I know there was already an idea submission about marking custom reports as a "favorite" and it was marked as implemented when the categories were added, but as one poster noted, the categories don't solve this request. Categories are company-wide and favorites are specific to the user. I cannot use a category to mark my favorites. Please consider re-opening this issue.

Search option for online purchases
If the customer has the option to "search existing accounts" (aka existing profiles) before they create a new account to purchase event tickets, we could avoid duplicates.

Outlook Plugin for CommunitySuite
Can currently copy profile ID for profiles in Little Green Light when sending emails out of Outlook and the email will automatically attach to the profile as a note. Big step backwards for them to have to manually copy and paste or attach emails to profiles in CommuintySuite.
Would really like to have an Outlook plugin that would allow them to sync emails into CommunitySuite.9 votes -
Bring back the option for archived campaign to show on a profile!
I love the ability to archive campaigns and get them off the campaign list, but we would like to be able to continue to see some of the campaigns on profiles. We track programming participants through campaigns and we would like that history to remain easily visible on their profile.
10 votesThere is an option in the left side menu to list all campaigns. Selecting that will bring up a filtered list of all campaigns for that profile.

Adding an additional column for Registration beside RSVP and Attended
To complete online registration, the registrar needs to provide their details, including credit card information, and optional the guest's name; the guest must be included to enable RSVP confirmation and appear on the guest list.
If the registrar represents an organization, the RSVP status won't be displayed in the profile. Is it feasible to incorporate a registration column for this purpose? Please note, that activating RSVP to yes will treat the organization as an additional guest, impacting the total RSVP count.8 votes -
GLM/SLM changes syncing with csuite profiles
Please add a notification of some kind when a csuite profile's address, phone, email has been updated due this updated information provided in GLM (and vice versa; when GLM is changed due to csuite change) We are finding this out after the fact and GLM contact information has overridden existing intentional csuite profile information. If we received notice when the data update happens, we can make an informed decision for data accuracy.

Exclude suffix from profile search
When searching for an individual who has a suffix, that suffix needs to be typed in after the last name to be able to find that profile. Not all staff are aware that a suffix is found on the profile to know to include it in the search. It would be more helpful if we didn't have to type in the suffix and instead just the last name, comma, and first name.
For example, searching "Smith, Joe" would return "Smith Jr., Mr. Joe W.". Right now, it doesn't.

Task ID Hyperlink for Custom Reports
When building a custom task report, would like "task id" to be an active link so that tasks could be easily opened and updated from the report. This is currently available for "note id" in a custom note report, but not "task id" in a custom task report.

In Campaigns, allow for bulk deleting of profiles that do not have rsvp 'yes'
Add ability to bulk delete profiles that do not have rsvp 'yes' in a Campaign so only those profiles that are expected at an event are on the list. This would be hugely helpful at event check in to make the process move quickly. Also add option to sort by guest last name in the Campaign profiles tab.

Create custom view or add columns to donation bucket list
I know the ability to create filters and load them exist, but we are still left with the same columns. It would be great to add additional fields to the view.

Admin Fee Report in Funds
When running an admin fee report within a fund, it only includes fees that were charged in the quarterly process or done manually. It does not include transactional admin fees charged for each donation, grant, etc. in this report. This can make it difficult to get a complete picture of the fees charged to a fund. It would be ideal if this report included ALL admin fees charged to the fund. Thanks!
