Journal import field/column mapping
it would be nice and save a tremendous amount of time if the journal entry import was a field or column mapping process. The strict formats provided are tedious and take a lot of time to format prior to import.

Add ability to bulk edit Add Beneficiaries to Funds
We have several fund groups that have the same beneficiary and we have to add them individually. It would save a lot of time if we could bulk edit the fund group to add beneficiaries.

Merchandise sales for items that all proceeds are to benefit the Fund
Currently event ticket sales is the only place to post an item to sell where the proceeds will benefit the fund. This is confusing for some folks how it appears to the buyers. We are selling a book where the proceeds will benefit one our funds. In the future there could be campaigns selling a t-shirt or other items with all proceeds benefitting the fund.

Post/Approve Grants Steps
When posting/approving grants, if there are no more grants to be reviewed, why do we have to then click to return to the grant you just approved? This extra step will really make a difference in Q4 when we're posting several hundred grants.

Ability to bulk update profiles links from Household Members
Household is setup with members but the members, in the profile module, do not have profile links setup, for instance SPOUSE. Would be great to be able to bulk update the members to automatically assign a profile link to the members instead of manually adding.

Bulk checkmark Yes as "share" in attachments of fund
When reviewing files in a fund, it would be nice to bulk checkmark attachments as Yes to Share. Currently, it is only done one by one and it takes you to a different screen after marking Yes to share for every file.

Fund Advisor Overview
For the new portal I know you're able to login and view all of the funds you are a fund advisor for and then click into that funds overview. Say I am a fund advisor for a few Library funds in the area, is there a way to have one page that shows the summary of each fund? To view them all together?

990 Donor Report: Ability to generate based on profile type
On the 990 Report, allow for bulk action of adding profile type so we can use the profile type to generate a custom report showing each donation detail for the donors who are on the 990.

Print Address from Donation Record on Envelope
When I create a donation record, I often select a different mailing address than the primary for the donor on the particular gift I'm posting. The new address prints perfectly on the acknowledgement letter but does NOT print on the envelope. Instead, the Primary Address for the donor profile is printing on the envelope. When working in the DONATIONS > Receipts space, I would like to see the address I selected for the donation printed on both the letter and the envelope. Thank you.

Please allow styling of the Your Ticket tab donation portal; we would like to be able to have consistent logos and banners on that tab to match the other tabs.

Donation Portal - Sort/Category Option for events
Would you please consider adding a sort option or categories for events? We have events for NonProfit Professionals, Donors, Development Officers etc and it would be nice to be able to group them together for ease of viewing and registering.

Files - Report when there is NOT a file attached (NULL)
We want to see items that do not have a file attached....specifically vouchers. We want to verify that all vouchers had documentation attached to it before discarding the paper we have. At this time, it appears a Files report only will show you items that do have a file attached but not the opposite of not having an attachment. A "null" option for files would be helpful to see those items that are missing documentation.

profile payments buy a ticket
We have a Campaign - Race (5k Run/Walk).
Needed to distribute a check received from a third-party (race organizer) as donations from multiple Profiles (race participants) related to a Campaign.
- Race organizer collected (100% donation) $25 registration fees and added $1 surcharge for processing.
- Race organizer included additional donation to Fund - not necessarily linked/related to Campaign.
IDEA: Allow soft credit at "Buy a Ticket" option of Profile Payment.
I apologize if this isn't clear. I have to figure out the best way to solve this problem.

Email receipt
When a donor with an existing profile makes an online donation, the receipt is sent to the donor's primary email on file rather than the one provided at checkout. Hoping this change can be prioritized as it could be problematic for many reasons.

Grant Letters - Need Ability to Customize Process & Edit Letters
It would be helpful to 1. choose the grants for which you do not want grant letters automatically generated and 2. review/edit the letters before they are automatically uploaded to the grant record.
Not all grants utilize the grant letters feature. We need the ability to use the feature for some grants but not all of them. Also, some grant letters need to be customized or revised before they go to the grant record.
