    In the Grants workflow, I would love if we could use custom reporting to filter which grants we would like to mark as "Complete." For us, it doesn't make sense to bulk complete all of them, but there are far too many that need to be completed to do it one-by-one.

  3. Ability to Delete a Task

    PLEASE - build in the ability to build a task. We have recently had several deceased individuals with tasks and opportunities assigned. We need to be able to delete them, rather than marking them as done. This is so important due to the fact that we are tracking our tasks completed for board reporting and so simply cannot mark something as done that was not, and no longer needs to be done.

  5. Org relationship/role listing - filter active to the top

    On an organizational profile where it lists relationships and roles to the organizations, it would be helpful if the active relationships could filter to the top. When the list gets long, it's hard to quickly see who is active and who is inactive.

  6. investment performance

    It would be very helpful if there was more information on the investment report in Financials. When you go to the Financials page, select Investments, and enter the time period, the only information available is the amounts going in and out (income, realized, unrealized, gifts, payments, etc.). This can all be found in other areas - the fund activity, Revenue Share, the bank statements, etc. It would be very helpful if this also included percentages to show the investment account performance or some other way to determine how the investment account performed of the selected time period.   7. tribute

    When entering a tribute and you are selecting who to notify, it would be helpful if you could search for the profile by entering the last name and first letter of the first name. It currently requires you to include Mr., Ms. or Mrs. when you are searching. It would be helpful if this was consistent with searching for names in other areas of CSuite.

  8. Tribute Templates: Adding Description as an Template Field

    We'd like to have the Description available as as field to be used in the tribute templates, "in honor of" and "in memory of". The donor has provided us with this information and would like it passed on to the recipient. Can that please be added?

  9. Notification for Unposting a Donation/Grant

    Please consider separating the option of Fund Advisor notification on Posting a Grant/Donation and UNPOSTING a Grant/Donation. It is very confusing for donors if I have to go back and correct something like maybe it was posted to the wrong GL account and I have to open it up to correct it. My donors get a notification that their grant/donation was unposted and it is very confusing.

  10. Stripe gifts Posting and Unposting Generates two emails to Fund holder

    Gifts received via Stripe that have to be unposted and then reposted generate a second email for the same gift to the Fund Holder.

    We often have to unpost gifts to shift them to endowed and/or spendable. Once reposted/corrected, it generates a second email for the same gift.

  11. Custom Filters

    If I want to run a report on just a few grant IDs, it is not efficient to have to use an uploaded CVS to do so. We should be able to type in each one so as to just build a report from a very customized filter.

  15. Move notes among profiles: indiv, household, organizational and funds

    Hi, just discovered the "move" feature on notes when trying to easily move a note from an indiv to an organization. I discovered that the "move" feature doesn't work the way I would expect, as it only permits the move among the different areas of a single profile. I would prefer more flexibility, to move notes to a different profile and profile type. Bonus if we could attach a note to more than one profile type and one fund at at time :-)

  17. admin fee

    Check a box that allows sub funds balances to be grouped with main fund balance when running admin fee calculation - instead of creating and admin fee group. So that if the value of the funds together moves the total to a lesser tier. For example, if the main fund has $750,000, and the sub has $300,000 and you assess 1.5% on funds under 1 million, 1% on funds over $1 mill that the calculation combines the funds only to assess the 1%.

  18. Don't leave a space in letter if no data in the template field

    Please add a modifier so that we could indicate that if there isn't data in a particular field we don't want a space in the letter. Many addresses NEED the address2 field, but leaving it as a blank space/line where there isn't an address2 looks unprofessional and has to be fixed one a time.

  19. Have Total Deductible & Non-Deductible amount available as a custom report field

    Trying to create a custom report that has both total amount contributed, broken out by tax deductible and non-deductible. This field is available in our tax receipt, but I can't pull it into a custom report. I've been advised to pull a donation report and an invoice report...which is a pain.

  20. Changing the name of the Description field for Grant Requests in the Fund Advisor Portal

    Description on a Grant Request is a vague word choice that doesn't provide clear direction to Fund Advisors. There have been many times where FA's have entered a description of the grantee in this field rather than their grant purpose. Please update this field to say something like Grant Purpose or allow us to edit the name of the field.
