  1. Provide a review screen before Public Security Sale posts

    In the current Sell process of Public Securities, the information is entered and once Save is hit, the entry posts. There is no opportunity to double check outside of the transaction entry screen. As in other areas of Csuite and for consistency throughout the program, the process should initially create the unposted entry, provide a screen to review & double check the unposted transaction and then select Post on the left menu.

  2. Show "Deceased" in Profiles/Funds related to a deceased profile.

    Currently when a profile is marked as deceased, this does not show up on the profiles and funds that have been linked to that profile so without clicking into the profile there is not an easy way to know that the profile is marked as deceased. Would really like to show "deceased" next to the profile name on the profiles and funds linked to the deceased profile.

  3. Add totals to reports

    When pulling a grant report, voucher report, funds report, and several others, there is no total included when you select 'see all'. We have to export the report and have excel calculate it. It would be much easier and faster if it was included. With the Funds report, it includes to totals of each fund type but not the total of funds. It would also help if that report showed the percentage of assets in that fund type.

  4. Student Name on Check Template

    On the check template the student name is limited to being presented as last name, first name. It would be nice if it could be formatted to be first name last name for those that do a combination of a letter + check.

  5. Post "Reviewed" Only Gifts

    Our system at our CF is for our Director of Finance and Operations to review all gifts after they are entered but before they are posted to ensure accuracy and correct entry. It would be helpful if there was a way to have a more thorough filter to post only gifts that have been selected as 'reviewed'. That way, you can more efficiently post bulk amounts of gifts that have been reviewed at once, rather than trying to remember what gifts have been reviewed or clicking into each one to know if they're ready to post.

  7. Ticketed Events

    It would great if for ticketed events we had the option to require guest information or not. We often see individuals buy tickets but skip the part about adding their guests information. It becomes quite difficult the day of the event to know who is coming with that guest, especially if they do not arrive to the event at the same time and haven't been instructed by the ticket purchaser to mention they are they guest of so and so.

  9. Envelope in Grants

    It would be helpful to have the envelope function in grants to add the full contact person name when printing envelopes. Also when exporting the grant data it would be helpful to have the full contact name to the export for merging envelopes to print not just salutation. In my export you can see Salutation and Label and the label on an org profile the label uses the org name. Every time I export I have to go research the persons full name for envelope.

  10. Fix Must Be A Decimal Number Error

    It would be helpful to allow multiple types of entries in the donor portal when a fundholder is requesting a grant. For example, if a fundholder types "$25,000" including a dollar sign and a comma, an error sign comes up ("must be a decimal number".) The fundholder needs to type in 25000 for the grant to go through. Allowing $25,000 would help reduce frustration.

  11. memorial

    When I create print letters to notify folks that a tribute gift was made, I typically make edits to the letters before printing and sending. However, if someone has selected to notify the tribute via email, I am unable to edit the letter.

    Could there be a setting to toggle off this option on our website so that the public can only choose to notify people via snail mail?

    Or could the system allow me to edit my letter before it is emailed?

    It would be great if I could batch attach a file to grants, for example, a batch of 150 grants that all have the same backup doc.

  13. date format

    Please have the date format consistent throughout the system. MM/DD/YYYY. If you add dates to someone's org role, the formatting starts with the year. Other places it will start with the month. It would be really helpful if they were consistent.

  14. Recurring Donation - give donors option to end or change amount on portal

    It would be nice if recurring donors could login or follow a link in their monthly receipt email that would allow them to edit or cancel their recurring donations instead of having to call our office to make any changes or stop their donations.

    It would be a nice feature if you could alpha-sort opportunities. We utilize opportunities for a lot of different things and it takes a lot of time to look through them when you can't alpha-sort. I have tried the column at the top, but nothing happens.

  17. Ability to Change Non-Notify Tribute Details

    If the donor fails to enter anything in the 'Whom to notify' area, the donation will result as a non-notify tribute. As the donor as elected not to notify the tribute, we are unable to modify and link to an established tribute.

    We have chosen NOT to display our tribute names to the portal for several reasons. Now that CSuite assumes that if someone enters a Tribute name without notify contact information, that means the donor does not want to send a notification. However we are finding that the donor may have simply not known who to notify.

  18. Change Log back to detail it used to provide

    The log previously provided more detail on what was actually changed. Now in some areas, it's just showing the CSuite reference ID for the field that was changed. This is extremely confusing to follow as sometimes it's not anywhere else in the system. For example, instead of showing the phone number and address in the log that was added or removed, it just has the field reference ID. And I can't tell which phone number or address was updated based on it. Additionally, I just changed the subgroup on a fund, and instead of it saying the name of the…

  19. Ability to edit Vendor "Terms" for Vouchers

    Currently the only billing "Terms" available for use on Vendor records is "Due on Receipt". Having the ability to edit this field to include additional billing terms would allow for more complete vendor records and assist with payment schedules.

    It would also be beneficial if the "Due Date" field auto populated during Voucher entry should specific "Terms" be selected on a Vendors profile.
