  1. Please change the Allow Profile Edit setting in Portal Settings to be on a per designation basis as opposed to an all-or-nothing setting.

    For instance, it would be great to allow fund advisor to edit their profile information in the portal but restrict nonprofits from doing so. This is not currently possible as the Allow Profile Edit setting applies to all or none depending on whether or not it is enabled.

    Essentially, include the Allow Profile Edit checkbox on each designations' settings as opposed to just the general profile settings.

  2. We’d love to see the ability to link grants to a fundraising campaign, the same way donations can be linked. Sometimes grants come in as a direct result of campaign efforts, and right now there’s no way to capture that connection.

    Having this feature would give us a clearer picture of the true impact of our campaigns and make reporting more meaningful. It would also help us tell the full story of how our campaigns generate support—not just through donations, but through grants too.

  3. I would like the ability to import a spreadsheet for internal grants. It is possible for 'regular' grants, but not for internal grants at this time.

  4. Please add additional fields to the Grant Request settings in CS/Portal. We need additional fields to capture the fund advisors' recognition for each grant request.

  5. We recently switched from MailChimp to Constant Contact as it offers more options and we believe it is a better platform. Would appreciate it if you would revisit adding Constant Contact as an option for the Campaign API kep.

  6. On the Fund Profile History page the actual amounts for the grantees are only visible if the mouse is hovered over a piece of the pie chart. It would be great if this pie chart could show the number values so that it can be used in greater detail at meetings with Fundholders.

    And/or, the ability to export the pie chart to excel to make these edits ourselves would work well. Right now it can only be copied as an image.

  8. There have been 2 ideas archived on this, but it would be so great if we could see the profile name in the task list not just the id#.

    Also, you should be able to tie a task to a profile from the main tasks.

    This is really needed for optimal donor stewardship.

  11. In the Giving Hub on the individual fund's donation page, we'd like to add a label that allows us to specify that the person whose contact information and picture showing is the fund's main contact (or as we call it, "Fund Liaison". That way someone from the public can know why the person's contact information and picture is showing.

  12. Unless I am missing a step, I would like to have multiple envelope templates. The current template puts the recipients title on the next line instead of behind their name. If I change the template to print on one line, envelopes to individuals do not print correctly.

  13. I would like to see all necessary information directly on the profile page. Example: A donor walks in & I wasn't expecting them. I would like to see all activity they have done in the past without having to search around for it. I know I can click on vendor then on vouchers, but I would like it to be easily accessible. Thank you!

  15. The key components of a a Cash Flow statement exist in Csuite, between the Income Statement and Balance Trend under financials. However, in order to extract a report that encompasses Net Income, Beginning Cash, Revenue, and Expenses, we currently have to export these reports and merge the fields manually to create cash analysis. For foundations and nonprofits with high turnover in cash and fluctuations in liabilities due to grants, we require a method to measure cash flow based on activities.

    I hope that Csuite will allow users to combine the activities within each report into one within the system.

  16. Same Beneficiary, Different Purpose: We have a fund whose fund advisor wishes the funding to be sent all to the same organization but for two different purposes. Currently we work this out by having the organization as the beneficiary to receive 75% of the funding for one purpose, and then we've set up a recurring grant for the organization for the separate purpose, but we have to manually adjust the amount each year. It would be great if we could set up the beneficiary twice for the two different purposes.

  17. When we went to enter a donation, the household profile was inactive because the husband had passed. We need a way that you cannot use the household to create a donation.

    If I did not know the husband was dead the widow would have got a letter with Mr. and Mrs. The household profile was inactive and she was still able to do a donation.

    Is there a way to fix this?

  18. Fund Advisor donation notifications currently don't include tribute information, if the donation has been made in honour/memory of someone. It would be helpful if that was a field that could be added to donation notifications, as it's very important to some of our fund advisors to keep track of this for their own fundraising purposes.

  19. When entering stock gifts with multiple different stocks, once the securities have been created, it would be helpful for them to be listed in alphabetical order. Once you click Create, they are not in alphabetical order.
