We’d like to improve our ability to efficiently process opportunities. First, it would be extremely helpful if we had the ability to bulk-process items in one way or another. We’d like to be able to complete opportunities in bulk, as well as marking them as successful or not. Last, we’d like the ability to bulk assign opportunity tasks to staff members, most likely using a filtered list. Adding this functionality will help make opportunities a much more effective tool for us.
