Thanks for making this suggestion. I think it would be beneficial to our foundation to have an increased character limit (10K) for Instruction Questions.

It appears there hasn't been much traction on this topic in a few years, but I want to revisit this and strongly encourage Foundant to consider adding a "Withdrawn" option. This comes up with enough frequency that having this makes great sense.

This would be incredibly helpful, especially for evaluators. 99% of our evaluators are tied to a specific process, so having the Process Column showing for them is unnecessary and "extra noise" to use Donald's language!

Yes, any way that we can include admin comments (or even the existence of admin fields) in a report would be very helpful.

    Hi All,

Dates are an interesting conversation so thank you for chiming in.

As we start thinking about dates overall I would like to get my understanding around dates people may care about on all form types:
    -date started
    -date last modified
    -original submit date
    -most recent submit date
    -date assigned

    Am I missing any?
Thanks for helping us think about this

That looks comprehensive to me, thanks.

I support this idea. It's important for us to be able to review the follow up forms based on what's the oldest in the queue, so having a "last submitted date" field would be extremely helpful. Thanks Jessica for the suggestion!

Agreed! Foundant needs to add the ability to weigh some scoring questions. Right now any scoring questions is valued at 1x the score. But many evaluation systems rely on some questions carrying more weight, so that a score might be 1.5x or 2x or more. This should be a simple fix and would benefit not only those who can't use the existing system like Anonymous above, but would also allow other users to expand existing scoring rubrics.
