We use Eval 1 for two lead advisors to determine whether an application should be reviewed by an entire grants committe. I would really like the ability to close eval 1 withOUT closing eval 2 because often the folks who complete eval 1 also complete Eval 2 and then the same application appears twice in their applications to be evaluated. I often work with older folks who are not as tech savvy. I learned the hard way when they were asking me why is the same application showed up twice. I realize they can sort this by those completed vs pending but it still has the same application appearing twice. The other reason is because we use this as a way of initially declining some applications if they don't meet the guidelines. Currently, there is no way of taking that initial decline rationale and transfering that info to the decline form easily. I currently need Eval 1 to complete, then create a report so I save that info outside of foundant and then copy and paste the decline rationale into the decline form...and then revert the status for each application to application submitted so that I can reassign the same application for a full evaluation (eval 2). Wish this were simpler.
