allow drag and drop for file attachment
currently have to upload each file separately, one at a time, from a folder on my computer. Would be nice to drag and drop.

The ability to Drag and Drop file attachments has been added to task and the library at this time.

The Idea Lab has the feature to drag and drop files. This should be a feature in the Files and Notes sections for Fundraising
