Invoices - Revenue
Invoice features are really limited and we need to be able to add additional lines and descriptions. QB has templates and once you lay-out your design, you can use it on all invoices from that point forward. I am not sure why we have an invoice feature in NPC if we can't create a great customer facing invoice?

Thanks for the wonderful feedback! A customizable invoice template that can be emailed through correspondence was released on 12/6/2023. Please refer to the release notes for additional information on this new feature. Thank you!

When posting revenue from program fees, the revenue post allows you to break the total down by service type. So when generating the invoice, I would either like to have line items appear by service type as broken down in the original revenue post, OR to have the option to enter line breaks in the description field to create my own line items.
(Or, ideally, a synthesis of these two ideas which would be to have separate description boxes that allow line breaks for each service line item).

We are not able to utilize the system until this is enhanced as the invoice output is unbranded, and lack of vital information. Attached an example of some modifying NPC's output with Adobe Acrobat.
