  1. Search or filter in CRM- retain results when navigating away from and returning to page

    When you manipulate the CRM data using the search or filter options, it would be great if the database retained those search terms or filters when navigating away from and back to the page. When you have several individuals or organizations with the same name, click into the profile, and determine you needed a different record, you have to re-search/filter to retrieve your results.

  2. Ability to duplicate profile information when creating a new profile

    Constituents may have the same address as family members/roommates and it would be helpful to not have to copy and paste the information again

  3. Email History in Profile Summary

    It appears that the Gift Email is not tagged to the donors profile; the only way to see it is in Email History
