Flag submitted applications that have outstanding issues
Flag submitted applications that have outstanding issues:
Sometimes submitted applications are technically complete, but additional information is still needed. It would be great if we could flag requests that have been reviewed but have outstanding issues that we'd like to address before marking them as "Complete."

SLM Committee Overhaul
We would like to see an overhaul of the SLM Committee features. It would be great if we could see the email address associated with the committee members within each committee, drill into each user directly, and have some type of drill in from the Universe or vice versa.

Organization Saved Searches
On the organization search page, could there be a section at the bottom with recent searches, or perhaps your own personalized list of organizations you want to keep handy?

It would be helpful if the evaluation scores for each section could be added to give a total score for an applicant.
We have ten questions that get scored 1-5 that make a final score for each applicant. It would be helpful if those scores could be added automatically.

More detailed budget planning tool, including a provisional budget option
I would love to have access to a dynamic budget planning tool, that allow me to have a global budget for my fiscal year, with various funding streams options AND with a provisional budget option that would take into account the proposed amount we enter in yet-to-be approved requests.
For the time being, I use an Excel file to achieve this, which is time consuming and error-prone. This option would save so much time!

Opportunity Name Merge on Shared Supplemental Questions
It would be nice to have a 'merge template' concept included in the supplemental questions so that applicants see "[Scholarship Opportunity Name] Supplemental Questions" when they are working on each opportunity. This will help them remember which set of supplemental questions they are completing when they may have multiple opportunities still open.

Formula Fields Breaking Date Recognition in Reporting
Hi Idea Lab! I'm having an ongoing issue when it comes to creating reports that have a date field that has been modified with a formula. E.G., I have grants that have an "Award Period End Date" and a "Amended Award Period End Date" for those that have been extended. In reporting, I can configure it so that I see one column that displays the original end date is if it has not been modified, or an amended end date is if it has been modified. However, even though I specify the output as a date field, the reporting feature…

Allow e-mails to be delayed or scheduled in advance
We use manual e-mails for our responses to various requests and we sometimes process these outside office hours. We would like to be able to schedule manual e-mails for a later time or date.

font
It would be helpful to have different font options when creating or modifying email templates. We have noticed that when our templates are exported (or sent to applicants), the font type changes inconsistently. Some sections will be Ariel and others Segoe. It's hard to tell if the different fonts are present in GLM, but we would like the ability to highlight/ select all and then choose one font type.

Grant adjustment documentation and automation
Grant adjustment documentation and automation (new idea) – I want to have a special workflow where I can have an “amendment form” that, if approved, will push out due dates, adjust the grant purpose, etc. while still retaining the original terms agreed to.

Question Library: Show all answers in the same column on reports
Question Library - As an admin, I want to be able to add the same question across multiple forms and have the responses all tie together in reporting. Currently, if I add a new question to separate processes, I have to re-create that question in every single process and then the responses don’t show up in the same column in reporting.

delete slm committees
Currently, SLM has no "delete committee" functionality, so every committee you ever set up stays visible and junks up the view. I would like to delete one year's committees and set up the new year's committees, as personnel change from year to year. Thanks!

Make "Next Pending Application" button stay in the same scholarship process
Students can apply for multiple scholarship opportunities with our UA. If an evaluator saves an evaluation and clicks "next pending," the system takes them to the first scholarship opportunity the student applied for, which isn't the opportunity the evaluator was trying to read. This makes the "next pending" button basically useless. We would like a way to adjust this feature to stay within the same process.

SLM - Committee Chair designation?
Would this be helpful for anyone else? I'd like it for our current workflow, who to communicate with, etc.

committee list
Would be great to be able to link to a user's profile from the committee list as well as email a committe from the committee list page. I see that you can email evaluators when your on an eval summary page that I saw somehow as I clicked about, but would be great to to from the committee list. I would imagine I'm not the only one who would need to do this outside of the assigning module phase. If I'm missing something, please educate me.

DocuSign
Is it possible to have SLM integrate with DocuSign with the committee chairs in addition to the applicants?

Tag System for Organizations
Similar to a CRM, or email software.. Being able to add "tags" to an organization would be extremely helpful.
Some grant opportunities are specific to certain organizations based on location, the cause they represent (arts, animals, economic development, etc.) or possibly the size of organization/if they are new.. and so on.
Utilizing a tag system would allow us to search for these characteristics quickly and batch email vs. going through our entire organization list and hand-picking who is eligible every time we announce a new grant opportunity.
One argument is to send each opportunity to everyone on our list, but…
