Delete an evaluation
Would it be possible to delete an evaluation that was started by mistake. As staff, we don't always know a conflict of interest that an evaluator has. We provide clear instructions to evaluators to leave their conflicts blank but those instructions are not always read. I had a board member start an evaluation then realized he should not be evaluating that grant. There was no way for me to delete his answers or remove him as evaluator on that application.

Organization address updates also trigger updates to contact address
When I change the address for an organization (they moved offices), I have to go into each contact and "Copy address from Organization" so they update as well. Very infrequently do any individual contacts have a different address than the main organization, though it certainly does happen. Can we streamline this process? I am imagining this: whenever an organization contact field is changed (address or phone), a pop-up box comes up listing the existing contacts for that org, and you can tick the ones that you want to overwrite with the new address (while retaining the ability to keep some…

The ability to close a follow up without closing the entire request
We have Scholarships that are renewable to the student each year they are in college (4 years). They have to submit Proof of registration in school before we send a check. So, we created the Renewal application as a follow up form. So we have Renewal Application 1, Registration Upload 1, Renewal Application 2, Registration upload 2, Renewal Application 3 etc. FOR ALL 4 YEARS for 200+ Applicants in 16 different Scholarship processes.
We are going to have thousands of follow up forms marked as Complete with just 1,2,3, and 4. I know you can sort by process at the…7 votes -
Partially matching grants
Our foundation sometimes awards grants that are both matching and non-matching - a certain amount is given outright, then additional funds are given if the grantee provides proof of match. We have workarounds in place, but they are not ideal. Perhaps allowing one installment to be "one time" and the other to be matching would work?

Search bar on every page
I'd love to be able to search for an organization from any page in the software (i.e. a search bar along the header) rather than having to click on "Organization" under Contacts - it just saves me one click, but they really add up!

tips
I would love to see simple, in-screen instructions for questions we frequently get asked instead of having to create (or find) a tutorial for simple tasks, based on the screen a particular user role is currently on. For example, for applicants, a short set of instructions on their dashboard could tell them how to access a follow up form to complete it. For evaluators, a box to the right of their dashboard could tell them to click on "board member" to view the grant assigned to them.

When an Organization has started an LOI in Draft form it would be helpful to have some idea of what date they started the Draft.
The number of LOI's that have been started but never submitted is getting large - is there a date we can include on this list so at some point we can delete the oldest?

It would be great if there was the ability to drag and drop documents into folders in shared documents.

Exporting GLM entered contacts to Outlook?
I think having a way to export GLM entered contacts to my Outlook contacts would be very useful and a time saver. My Outlook contacts are automatically synced with my iPhone, so having some sort of way to export GLM Organizations and Users to Outlook would make my travel and work life much easier, especially when I am doing site visits and need to make a phone call to a GLM entered contact.

report due date
It would be helpful if all organization contacts could see reports that are due. They don't all need to be able to open the form, just see what report is due when. Grantees frequently contact us because they know a report is due soon, but they can't see it in GLM.

Control when scholarship details are viewable on student dashboards
It would great if we could control when the application status on students' dashboards are updated so they won't see their approved or denied scholarships until high school students have their awards presentations at their high schools and our notification emails have been sent (in relation to the date they are notified by their school). Currenlty, we have to decide whether to keep students in the dark well after they've been notified by their school or spilling the beans early for those students who haven't yet had their awards presentation event. Selecting Evaluators to Assign to processes
We have a listing of about 100 evaluators and 10 processes. When assigning evaluators to a process, I have to refer to a sheet of paper of the evaluators to assign to a process. It would be nice to have a field in the system, or on the user profile, that identifies the person as an specific Process evaluator, then that field can be added to the selection list. Or the possibility of creating an evaluator group for a specific process and assigning a group or an individual person. This would help with batch emailing evaluators also, because then I…

email reports
It would be great if we could schedule reports to automatically email whenever we wanted - mostly for recurring reports we use on a regular basis, whether it's daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annually, etc...
For instance if we had a report we wanted to schedule for every Monday with new date parameters we could set it up so the system would automatically email it to ourselves, and/or others in our org or board members, without having to come into the system to run the report every time.

Committee members report
I should like a report that lists the first and last name of committee member, email address, added, last edited AND THE COMMITTEE NAME, PROCESS, PROGRAM, SCHOLARSHIP NAME on one page.

Add Social Media to GLM Organization Info
I would love to see fields for social media handles (facebook, twitter, instagram) added to the "Organization Info" to GLM and Csuite. This information is very useful to our marketing and storytelling work.
Currently, we have these fields in our Grant Agreement form in GLM, but unfortunately this means the grantees have to submit this duplicate information for each grant request. Since this information remains mostly static, it would be great if the organizations could simply submit this information once, and store this information with the organization's profile, instead of in each individual request.

Ability to clear or reset evaluation forms
Evaluators should be able to clear/reset an answer on a ranking question if they accidentally answer a question they didn't intend to. Also, this would make it possible to entirely eliminate an evaluator if something happens and they quit evaluating partway through a process.

Batch document download
We often need to pull request documents from applications in bulk. It would save time if this could be done in a batch, via Reports or other method (the template for the new batch process for payments comes to mind but exporting Request Documents is doubtless much more involved).

Formatting Report Excel Export
Is there a way to make the excel export column NOT the width of the text in them? This results in extremely wide columns and tedious reformatting to make them a workable size.
