  1. Can you add the follow up report view to the primary contact of an organization? I am getting requests from ED's asking if they can please be able to view all of their following reports from various applicants within the organization.

  2. Selecting multiple questions when adding a shared question. Also,when creating a question field maybe a prompt could appear alerting the question already exists and if you would like to use that one instead.

  3. A lot of our users get confused when they initially look at their applicant dashboard because all of the grant requests are expanded and finding each individual grant gets confusing. Also, the title of each grant does not stand out very well since it is just a grey button. It would be helpful if we could change the default view of the applicant dashboard so that all of the requests are collapsed, and then you can click on each to expand, instead of starting with the expanded view.

  4. It appears that when a grant application is reassigned it does not also reassign the follow-up forms. Is this always the case or am I simply having an issue? It would be very helpful to not have to click through and reassign those forms as well.

  5. It would be nice to be able to add different colors to questions. For example, highlighting all internal questions in yellow so we could quickly scroll through the application and see what sections we needed to fill out. Or, it would be nice to be able to highlight specific questions in the application that we wanted other reviewers to look at if there were issues or particularly interesting content. It would be like using colored sticky tabs on a paper application.

  7. DELETE USERS
    It would be most helpful to be able to DELETE (not just deactivate) Users. We don't want to keep a bunch of outdated/not relevant /even deceased contacts under "inactive" if we don't have to. We have to keep some Users as "inactive" with dummy emails in order to show concurrent affiliations - so it's already a busy place for us.

  10. Duplicate organization Fix - For all new User accounts I would like to suggest that the organization be available as a pop-up selection options vs initially creating the organization. This could cut down on the many duplicate fixs still be experienced in the system.

  11. The cycle, organization name, project name, and applicant print on the cover page. Any way to add the amount requested? Seems like that would be helpful to many wanting that cover page to be a snapshot.

  12. Allow the grantees to add multiple attachments until the size limit has been met per attachment item. As it is only one attachment at a time. Any added after the first cancels out the first attachment.

  13. Hi there. I notice that some of the automated emails I have set up in my processes are sent out by the Foundant system at odd hours of the night. Recently I had a batch of reminder emails that were sent through the Foundant system at 2:00 AM. It would be wonderful if I could set a time for those emails to go out, or at the very least to have the system send automated emails at a more reasonable hour. My concern is that if grantees have email and notifications set up on their phone, my reminder email might…

  14. We had a lot of problems this year with 3rd party individuals being confused by the fact they received an email from the student and an email from us for the same request. Is there some way to streamline things so that the 3rd party recipient would only receive one email? I would prefer our template email to the student's email, as they often don't include all or the correct information. Or maybe possible to add the students email wording to the start of the auto-generated email? It became even more confusing for students who were requesting documents for multiple…

  15. It would be helpful to see the amount awarded from the All Open Approvals screen.

    From the Organization Summary page on the Request History tab, is there a way to change the column header "Date" to say "Decision Date", since that is what that column is showing us?

    Finally, it would be helpful if the primary user column were visible on the Organizations page.

  17. Batch Charity Check
    I would love to be able to run a batch charity check. Ideally, I should be checking charity status at the time an application is received (prior to bringing to the board for recommendation) and again once payment is being processed. We have to board cycles a year with approx. 150-175 grants per each cycle. Does anyone have any workarounds they've put in place?

  18. Many students do not check their emails or voicemails on a regular basis. Some do not even set up their voicemail boxes. Texting is their primary mode of communication. Having the capability of texting messages to the applicant might speed up their response to our requests.

  19. I would like to see the user search criteria section for the scholarship database have the functionality to query the last logon date (i.e. > 1/1/17). I deactivate users who have graduated from our district or who have never used the system. Also, it would be nice to be able to do a batch option to deactivate multiple inactive users.

  20. It would be helpful if you could use the batch Close Request function when their are still open follow ups. We terminate students who have submitted their follow for the semester but have to go individually in to the request to close it. Since you can close a request with open follow ups on an individual basis you should be able to do it by batch as well.
