  1. Hard evaluation deadline and automated reminder e-mail?

    Any way to set a hard deadline on staff evaluators? Also any way to send an e-mail template a day or two before that deadline? This would be done on a per processes basis and we have approximately 25 unique processes.

  2. Saving all documents in one packet

    I would really love a way to export all documents, applications, evaluations etc. for an org (for each particular process) all at once rather than downloading and saving each item individually.

    For example, Grantee A: LOI, LOI Eval, App, App Eval and any other docs or processed they completed for a particular grant.

    This would be incredibly helpful for filing purposes to have everything in one place/merged into one document.

    Currently, we have to go to each separate proccess to create packets and save...very time consumming!

  3. Mulitple Addresses under Org

    We often give to organizations who in turn fund other individuals (actual grant recipient) in separate locations. It would be great if we could have both the general organization info as well as a place for contact info for individual recipient. Sometimes, we even give to one organization with multiple grants, each eventually funding different individuals around the world. I am somewhat new to this so I may be missing something...

  4. Including an attachment with an email template

    It would be really nice to have the capability to add an attachment to an email template. We have set up a "Follow Up Reminder" email template to be used when final reports are due. We request that budget summaries are presented in a specific format. I think it would help our grantees if they had an example to follow.

  5. Move Enter Grant Tab to top of section

    I really like the new feature where an organization's grants are listed chronologically (most recent on top). What I would find really helpful would be to move the tab for "Enter Grant" to the top of the section so I don't have to scroll down to the bottom to enter a new grant. I also think that perhaps the tab should be moved to the right of the page like the view, edit and delete buttons.

  6. Read only reports for board members

    I would like the board members to have read only access to reports. Standard reports and saved reports would be great. At this time board members are also administrators and the chance for them to accidentally blow something up is too risky.

  7. Evaluation Reports

    We conduct two rounds of evaluations on every grant application. After the first round we provide the results to the second group of people evaluating. Finally, at our board meeting we provide the results from both rounds of evaluations.

    We currently provide these to our evaluators through a fairly complicated merge document that we process after each evaluation. We were hoping that you all could create a report for all evaluations done, as well as a nicely laid out print packet of whichever evaluations were needed.

    Additionally, we have our second round evaluators check a yes, no or maybe box…

  8. Payment Screen Charity Check

    Would it be possible to add a Guidestar Charity check button on the payment screen in the area by the payment amount? This would be helpful in making sure the charity check was done before making the payment. In the past I have forgotten to do this at the time of making payment, a button here would help if it is possible.

  9. Making Bad Characters Good.

    As promised, I am pulling this from a thread I started about the issue of bad characters in order to hopefully see it resolved in new releases of GLM. Essentially, unusual characters like é or even the apostrophe become corrupted when exporting data into a CSV file for use in Excel. I did get a response that at least one other person is seeing this with typical US English text. Since so many of us are dependent upon using this in Excel or other programs, it would be nice to have the characters exported correctly without extra work after the…

  10. In Follow-Ups Draft list - Please include Process Name

    Could we please see the name of the Process in the Draft Follow-Ups table? It would make reviewing the status of numerous upcoming Follow-Ups much easier. Might it be listed instead of the Form Name? Thanks for your help.

  12. Is there a way to pull up closed grants within a process on our dashboard?

    For example, trying to easily sort for this on my main dashboard, without creating a report. Want to easily email all previous grantees within a process about a new opportunity. I've already created the email template using Foundant.

  13. User Reports

    Hello! I know in other databases I've managed, I had the ability to run a "user" report to see what user was making what changes. This was helpful because if someone was keying in information incorrectly, I could reach out to help them follow the protocol that is set. Might be something worth considering. Thanks!

  14. administrators should be able to edit field answers anytime

    I like the tab view for requests, with the lower application and approval tabs side by side. But I've been mystified a few times when trying to edit a field answer... apparently you can't edit an answer unless you first go to the Request tab and press "view" on the Application or Decision (unnecessarily complicating the process). I think the Edit button for each field answer should be available to administrators at all times. It's not like it's easy to accidentally push...

  15. Fix the "Allow Copying" setting so that it doesn't change when moving back and forth between demo and live

    When I copied my 100 scholarships and moved them over to demo to build my eligibility quiz, that move turned the "Allow Copying" function from "Both" to "Off". So I had to manually turn them all back to "Both" after I built the quiz and moved them back to the live site. It would be ideal if we could keep the existing "Allow Copying" setting and not have to manually change them despite moving the processes back and forth between demo and live.

  16. Access Code Issues

    I utilize both public and restricted processes. It would be nice if the restricted applications could be viewed on the "Apply" page just like the public ones, but prompt for the access code when selected.

    This would ease the confusion of those specifically looking for a certain application and completely overlooking the "Enter Access Code" box available to them - even with the best of instructions (screen shots and all), I still have applicants overlook the access code and begin completing the wrong application.

  17. Print Nested Questions in Question List

    Is there a way to print all of the options of a nested question in the question list pdf?

    I am proofing a proposed application but cannot see the options without logging into GLM. It is making it hard for others to assist with proofing.

  18. Inhibit submission of an application when file is not fully uploaded

    There appears to be instances when applications are allowed to submit when the file upload of a required question has not finished uploading. If the applicant does not allow the file to finish uploading, and submits, the application may be submitted, yet the document is not accessible.

  19. Bulk Upload of User Information (for grant reviewers)

    We have over 120 grant reviewers this year, and only 40 of them were grant reviewers last year, which meant that we had to load 80 new users into the system by hand for this cycle. Because our grant review team changes each cycle and we have so many, it would be very helpful to be able to submit an agreed template spreadsheet to foundant support that would create all the users in one upload. Not only would this be faster, but we could use information from our Wild Apricot system and reduce the likelihood of errors from retyping data.

  20. Give users an error message when they enter access codes incorrectly

    It would help users who type in access codes incorrectly if the system gave an error message rather than just returning to the same screen. Without an error message, they don't know they have the code wrong.
