Additional Process Visibility Option
Currently, for active processes, there are three visibility options: Public, Restricted, and Internal.
Public: Visible to applicants; applicants able to apply when open
Internal: Not visible to applicants
Restricted: Only visible to applicants with the corresponding access codeBased on the use of our applicants & grantees, I would love to see a fourth option added that would allow a process to be visible to applicants, but locked, so that applicants would need an access code to apply. Essentially a restricted visibility where the applicants could still view the process as if it were public, but still requiring a code.

Allow copy request to Submitted status with unanswered Internal Questions
allow for requests that are submitted by applicants to be copied into a different process as "submitted" even though there are unanswered required internal questions. With our new process, we are trying to copy into the appropriate process requests that are submitted by the applicant, though because we are using internal fields and those are required, it can only be copied into draft, so we have to proxy in as the applicant in order to submit the request, which triggers the automated email and can cause some confusion.

Add a status to Application
I'd like to have an additional bucket I can put LOIs and Applications in that shows I've reviewed the application and there's an issue. As it is now, if it's in "Submitted", it implies we haven't looked at it yet, and if it's in "Complete" it implies there's no issue. I realize GLM was designed so that if there is an issue with an LOI/Application, we revert it to Draft status so the applicant can correct the issue, but in an effort to be as burdenless as possible, we often just reach out with an email and ask them to…

Blind Review
In SLM evaluations, you are only able to add two custom columns to the user dashboard and are required to keep applicant first and last name.
Our foundation uses blind review to align with our DEI initiative. When following blind review, the applicant first and last name appear as [HIDDEN] (see screenshot) and are unable to be removed. Our reviewers have given feedback that they would like the opportunity to have those be optional columns so that they are able to pull in more relevant information like high school attended, major, GPA, etc.
Removing the requirement to keep first and…

PDF of application
I have one Scholarship fund holder (older individual who does not do computers) that wants paper applications for her reviewing. Unless I'm missing another way to get, the pdf button gives us an inordinately large fonted and clunky formatted document that is way too many pages long. Can you guys change the margins, layout and font sizes please??

add a pop up when you click Application Incomplete to say "are you sure? this will revert the application to Draft" or a popup similar to when you merge an org. and have to type MERGE to confirm.

Merge just the next installment
We'd like to be able to insert the "next installment" in our letters to grantees vs. a table that shows all installments. At this time the table is our only option aside from merging the total award amount.

Alphabetize eligibility criteria regardless of opportunity
I saw the idea to alphabetize the eligibility criteria by opportunity. I would like is sorted alphabetically regardless of opportunity. When we add a new opportunity, it often has criteria we have already defined but I don't remember for which opportunity. Plus, when you add a new criteria you have no idea where it ends up in the list of criteria. So even finding the newest one again is a scroll-a-thon.

allow us to enter the number of rows we want when cloning rows in tables
Have the option to enter the # of rows you want when cloning. Instead of having to clone 10 times, i can click "clone row" 1 time and enter a number and badaboom badabing i have that many copies of the row. Magic!!!

select multiple rows/columns in tables
Add the ability to select multiple rows/columns when building tables, so that when you mess up for the 50th time, you can delete all your extra rows at once. :-)

table question
For table questions, it would be very helpful to have all text entered into a text field be visible in the field online. Currently, if the table has four columns, the field is quite short and text is not visible to administrators nor evaluators. Either having the text wrap in some fashion, or even having the ability to customize the column width so that text columns are wider than say an integer column.

Copy functionality
We have over 50 applicant processes, rather then make 1:All other processes that have Copy functionality enabled, could we have a group by function with the Copy Functionality?
IE Process 1 - 10 are of one group and they can copy between each other then 11-15 are of another group and they can copy between each process.4 votes -
third party link
The email the system sends to a third party is editable except for the link to the request. Would it be possible to make that link much more visible? Like a button or header size or something?

Due date for evaluations
Would you consider adding a hard due date for evaluations like there is for applications? This would allow us to use due date as a merge field in our email communications to evaluators to notify them when they are due. It would nice to have an auto-reminder 2 weeks in advance etc.

Differentiate between applicant-abandoned and administrator-abandoned applications
I would like to see the ability to run a report that differentiates between applications that are applicant-abandoned vs. admin-abandoned. Use case: We had to close several opportunities after they opened. Students who had already applied (or had applications in-progress) were notified, and their applications were abandoned (admin-abandoned). In some cases, a student had abandoned an application prior, and it would be helpful for a report to show whether the abandon was initiated by the applicant or by an admin.

Improve application with icon sections and progress toolbars
View for students needs updating. We previously used a different software. Each section (family, academics, essays, etc.) had it's own customizable icon with a picture and a progress bar to show what % of that section was completed. SLM UA looks so daunting for students.

Assign Follow Up to Reviewer
We would find it very useful to be able to assign a completed follow up to reviewers so that they could see the results of the grant they recommended for funding. Currently we have to export this info and merge it into a Word doc to share this with them.

Google Analytics / Google Tags
Provide the option to either sync with google analytics and/or add google tags to both SLM/GLM and CSuite pages. We need to be able to track how people are accessing these sites in the same way we track how people access and use our websites.

Custom Column Widths in Tables
Currently the columns in tables are all the same width, but there are use cases where it would make sense for one column to be wider than another.
For example, in our budget we have 5 columns - Expense, Request, Cash Match, In-Kind Match, and Calculation/Description. By my calculation if you have 5 columns only 33 characters are visible at one time. However, in our use case, 3 of the fields would not contain more than 7 characters (plus the characters for the column headings). Being able to resize those columns would free more real estate for fields where users…
