Round Robin Assignment for Committee Members
As a scholarship Admin I want functionality to allow the system to randomly assign scholarship reviewrs.
An Example: For Scholarship Committee A, I want the system to randomly split my 8 reviewers into 4 groups of 2, then auto assign 25% of the applications to 1 group of reviewers.
This would reduce my work to evenly and randomly distribute scholarships for review.

Aggregate custom columns
Hi. The method to aggregate data on the custom columns doesn't seem intuitive (at least to me). I wonder if an information link next to the grid icon might be able to be added?

Merge Document for Multiple Processes
Because our applications differ by grant type, we have set our processes up by foundation and then by grant type. So for one foundation, we may have five or six different processes. The Board will review all foundation requests at the same time. It would be nice to be able to run a merge document for multiple requests across multiple processes. This would save us a tremendous amount of time when generating award/declination letters.

Cover Sheet for Follow Up Packet
On the cover sheet of the printed "Follow Up Packet," it would be nice if the system were to display the contact information of the person to whom the Follow Up was assigned and not have it default to the applicant's contact information.

Administrator Dashboard Follow Ups Workload, Split Assigned and Draft Tab
We have five forms in our followup stage. We average about 200 applicants every year. When an applicant reaches the Follow Ups stage they are automatically assigned the five forms. This could potentially show as 1000 "Assigned/Draft" as a workload.
We see the organization five times on the list, once for each form, but cannot tell if they have started the form or not.
We would like to see the tab split into "Assigned" and "Draft" workload tabs. This would be very helpful to quickly see who has started what forms forms and who has not.

Invalidating data in a field
Prevent invalid data in a field with a stop alert. It would be great if you could invalidate an applicant's improper entry in a field. For instance, if a certain org. budget size is an eligibility criterion, It'd be great if non-confirming entries got a "stop" message to refer back to instructions, guidelines, contact staff with questions, etc. So if an award cycle is intended for orgs. with budgets less than say $200K, it would offer an alert or error message to the applicant for any figure above that amount.

Staff Evaluators email
We have evaluators that email our applicants outside of Foundant and then copy and paste it into their evaluation. It would be useful if we had the ability to be able to choose if we would like the staff evaluator to have the ability to email through Foundant.

Add a link to Organization Summary from Request Summary
Since the contact information was moved to a tab, when you click into the request you are defaulted to the "request" tab, and have to click to the "contact" tab in order to get back to the organization summary (or tell what organization you are looking at). I am generally back and forth to different things and it is frustrating to not be able to look at the request summary screen and a) know what organization I am looking at a request for without clicking the "contact" tab and b) be able to navigate back to the Organization summary without…

Copy Process without attached follow-ups
When we copy a process we would like the option of whether or not to attach the follow-ups that are a part of the process. Our grants are 2 to 3 years long and the follow-ups will never be utilized in the same format. Current format creates a lot of extra work to delete all the follow-ups.

Shift+click selection of items
When viewing a list of requests, it would be helpful to be able to select multiple requests by choosing the first one and shift+clicking on the last one (like the functionality in apps such as Gmail). This would be especially helpful when performing batch tasks such as closing evaluations on 100+ applications.

Add an ability to check an organization on Guidestar that is asking for a discretionary grant but not creating a user account.
Just a thought: We have organizations to which our trustees give a discretionary grant, so there is no application process. Currently, I can't search their status in Guidestar when the organization has not set up an account in Foundant. It would be nice if I could!

Award Details/Payment Information
It would be extremely helpful if there were a way to incorporate key payment information into the main box under award details for each recipient. Since we use the program for scholarship administration and our payments are made directly to individual schools this would include name/address/account #. It would save a lot of time as we currently we have to maintain a separate spreadsheet or constantly switch between multiple screens to process payments. We've started trying to incorporate the information into the conditions field for each installment but this is also time consuming to set-up.

It would be very helpful to have batch abandon/deny in the Follow Up Drafts bucket.
If our students do not complete their updates they are terminated. It's very cumbersome and time consuming to have to go into each follow up in draft and click abandon.

Checking in followups
Our staff have different responsibilities when checking in Quarterly follow up forms. The first step is a budget and expenditure review. It then goes to different staff person who reviews the narrative portions of the report. Right now, we keep an excel form and check off when the financial is reviewed and ready for narrative review. It would be nice to see online when the financial is done and the follow up is ready to move on for the narrative review.

New Side by Side View for Evaluations - Some suggestions...
Love the idea of the Evaluation Side by Side view! Although I would like to see two important things brought into this view.
The Send Email button that would appear at the bottom of the LOI or Application used to say "Email [Applicant's Name]" - it doesn't appear anymore. It is not at the bottom of the "Your Evaluation" in side by side, where you can Deny Request, or Save the evaluation, and for some weird reason you can now Send Email to Yourself* -but not to the applicant.
I am not sure why you might want to send yourself…2 votes -
Code processes, and allow multi-select by code
We have grant processes, or programs, which recur every year. There is currently no way in the system to link those processes. Our suggestion is two-fold: (a) allow us to add a "code" or "type" to each process, and then (b) allow us to pull processes by code/type. This would show up in the Select Processes pop-up on the dashboard - maybe above the "available" and "archived" boxes - a "Select All Processes Type" box.
To get more technical - it would be really great if we could also add a "closed" status to a process. That could be a…
