  2. It would be really useful if the Copy Previous Answers function worked for all requests under an Organizational profile instead of just the specific User profile. This would be helpful for some of our organizations who experience high turnover or for folks who are applying when other colleagues are on leave.

  3. On numerous occasions, I have been asked how many organizations were declined for a specific process in a prior year, and which organizations were declined. It would be helpful to see this from the dashboard. Currently, denial drafts are visible, but not denials. Since there is no way to see this from the dashboard, I need to create a report to obtain this information which seems like a lot of effort for something that should be quickly accessed from a dashboard.   4. It would be nice if Universes were ordered alphabetically or if administrators could drag/drop to order. You can drag/drop Processes to order them, but not Universes. Universes show in the order in which they were built, which doesn't make much sense when an applicant scrolls down the page.

  8. Hello!

    I understand the logic of the apply page, but it would be ideal if our organization had more control with choosing the order of processes more automatically. We would like our process manager to reflect the order of processes in the Apply page exactly.

    Currently, we have different members working on various processes which affects the date the EQ was created and the order it will appear within the Process, despite how it is listed in the process manager.

    I know a personal solution would be for us to create EQ's in the order we want the processes to…

  9. It would be very helpful if I could print out sent emails from the GMS. My workaround is to copy myself on my email templates but I'd like the ability to go and print out any sent emails, as needed.

  10. Is there a way to assign a follow up form without creating an application? We have several grants that are awarded out-of-cycle but do not have a way to assign a follow up form for these grants.

  12. We like to personalize the body of a grant approval letter 'merged document' before printing and mailing along with the grant payment. At this point there is no method for saving the edited personalized version of the document to the grantee's page. The process becomes arduous because we must first edit the body of the document, then save it as a word file to our database, then upload the saved document to the grantee's page. We would like to be able to edit the merged doc and directly upload edited version it.

  13. For grant agreement forms, we often need an institution official to agree to the IP language or grant acceptance form. We usually have the applicant enter in a 3rd party email to complete this, but then have to rely on the applicant to also send them the document they are agreeing to. It would be helpful to have that 3rd party be able to view the request document like the applicant can.

  14. It's hard to tell which follows ups we have reviewed and which ones we haven't. It would be nice if the follow ups had a read/unread status- like emails- or if there was an additional bucket on the dashboard (additional status) for follow ups that have been reviewed. Note that we don't send follow ups back to the applicants because we don't want to have to review it twice. Adding the missing document is much easier. This applies to applications as well.

  15. I recently went into an organization's email history to look at an award notification, the original of which included an attachment, but the historical copy made no reference to an attachment. It would be helpful if historical emails referenced document(s) that may have been attached.

  16. We frequently follow-up with third-party respondents in applications. It's time-consuming to click into each application, process, email history to make those connections. We'd like "email third-party respondents" as one of the bulk option for selected applications.

  17. There appears to be unnecessary spacing added below the instruction field when building an application or other form. I suggest removing this formatting so instructions appear more naturally grouped with the relevant questions. If the additional spacing is necessary, I suppose we could add that in by adding a blank question field.

  20. It would be really beneficial for reviewers to be able to see all information that applicants enter/type in the table cells when using the side-by-side evaluation display. Currently, the number of characters that display per row is very limited.
