SLM Profile Picture
We ask our awarded students for their photo in their initial follow up/award acceptance. I think it would be great to have a photo spot on the profile itself that we could have the kids (or us) add to their profile once they are a scholarship recipient. Would make it up close and personal every time we have to do something in SLM.

Parent-subsidiary relationships
We repeatedly run into an issue with organization records in which one org (such as a university or community foundation) is the "parent" organization, and a department or sponsored program is a subsidiary or component fund. It would be helpful if GLM had the ability to show those relationships, have different addresses where needed for the subsidiary, and to segregate the subsidiary's contacts and grant history. For example, I am far more likely to need information about the McDonald Observatory (part of UT Austin) than the university overall.

Administrator Comments in Quick Report for Submissions.
As we are running a quick report for Submissions, we found it would be helpful if one the fields we could include would be Administrator Comments. In our process, we have two administrators reviewing and there are actions that must be taken with each applicant to supply more info, clarify a narrative, or upload new documents. Instead of having to open each and every application to see these comments, the option to have them in the quick report would save a lot of time.

System Administrator Comments visibility checkbox
Currently, when an Administrator adds comments to the system Admin Comments fields there is a checkbox to show the comments to applicant. If the checkbox is checked for the applicant to view the comments, the Evaluators will not see the comment. If the box is not checked, evaluators will see the comment.
Ideally, there is another check box that prevents both evaluators and applicants from viewing the comments. It should be an "Admin only" checkbox.

Show applicants when administrators have uploaded third-party document
Right now if I (admin) upload a third-party document (say a scholarship recommendation) on behalf of a recommender--because s/he can't figure it out or it doesn't work for some reason--it doesn't display to the applicant that it has been uploaded. They can't see it in the "count" summary (0/2 or whatever in their application summary) and they can't see it if they look in the application itself. It looks like I haven't uploaded anything - so then they're concerned it hasn't been uploaded and have to call or email me for reassurance. Please change this so that it shows up…

Edit the name of a report
It would be wonderful if we could edit the name of a saved report versus saving a new report and then deleting the old report.

Add form name to question list document for follow ups
When I press the Question List button from a follow up form to create a pdf of the form's questions, the form name doesn't appear anywhere on the pdf. It's got the process name, and the word FollowUp, but not the actual name of the follow up form. It would be super helpful to have that included, so there's no question which document I'm looking at.

Client GLM Suggestions
"You guys are awesome, and the changes have mostly been positive. However,
there are a few items that changed away from better, so I just wanted to
provide some feedback about the latest release...Before, when reviewing an application, we could just scroll down. Now, we
have to click an extra time within the inner scroll bar to move the
screen. This is a time waster.[image: Inline image 2]
Also, when on the request summary page, there is now no indication of the
organization on the initial view. Perhaps adding the organization name
under the project name could solve…6 votes -
standard address format
It would be great if there was standard to the mailing addresses for users and organizations. Right now they can use any format they chose (e.g. MI, Mich, Michigan, 123-456-7890; (123) 456-7890) and it has to be formatted before it can be used for templates or imported into other software.

Change formatting for questions with internal visibility
I like the ability to add questions to a follow-up that are only visible to grants staff (visibility set to "internal"). For example, I have added a project description from an application to a follow-up so that I can compare the applicant's final report on the project to the original submission. I've also done this with projected number of attendees and final, projected cash expenses and final, etc. But when reading the follow-up later, it gets confusing as to what the applicant is submitting now and what was submitted at an earlier date. I would like to see a different…

Allow Administrator Comments to be seen by evaluators
When entering in a comment in the Administrator Comment field, I can check a box that allows the comment to be seen by the applicant. I would LOVE a checkbox that allows the comment to be seen by the evaluators as well (particularly staff evaluators). Thanks for your consideration!

Add county to the organization info
It would be helpful to have the county of an organization as a field in the organization profile since we are a regional foundation that serves specific counties. Currently we work around it by using the country field for the county but one must remember the work around when pulling reports.

Evaluators Viewing Average Score Page
It would benefit if evaluators can view the average score page, like an administrator has access to. Currently each evaluator has to drill into each application to view the average score. And if you have 20-50 applications to review, it is frustrating and time consuming to come up with the average score for each application. Viewing the application Evaluation page listing all applications and their average scoring would be helpful.

Add Applicant's name to third party email "Subject"
Add the Applicant's name to the third party email "Subject" line. This will be especially useful for guidance counselors who receive multiple (sometimes tens of) emails. It will make it much easier for our third party responders to organize their responses.

automatically abandon applications at end date
We would like to be able to set the system so that it automatically converts any uncompleted application to "abandoned" when the end date is reached. It would save us from having to go in and do it manually, when we might miss one and inadvertently allow someone more time to complete their application.

Accounting/checkwriting software
It would be great if an accounting/checkwriting software could be incorporated or integrated with GLM. To be able to award a grant and then have the amount merged with something like Quickbooks so that checks can then be generated would be a real time saver. At the present time, this is the only part of our grant process which must be done outside of GLM.
Thanks!

Evaluation Reports
We conduct two rounds of evaluations on every grant application. After the first round we provide the results to the second group of people evaluating. Finally, at our board meeting we provide the results from both rounds of evaluations.
We currently provide these to our evaluators through a fairly complicated merge document that we process after each evaluation. We were hoping that you all could create a report for all evaluations done, as well as a nicely laid out print packet of whichever evaluations were needed.
Additionally, we have our second round evaluators check a yes, no or maybe box…

Third Party Email Confirmation
We would be interested in an automatic email that could be sent to a third-party users confirming that their document or information was successfully uploaded into an application.

E-Mail Templates with Logos/Signatures
It would be helpful to be able to include a Foundation logo and signature in Foundant e-mail templates. Sending e-mails to grantees through Foundant is certainly easier than having to individually contact each grantee, but Foundant e-mail templates allow no formatting/images which makes our e-mails feel unprofessional and unofficial.

Customization of the Organizational Information Form
It would be incredibly useful if we could customize the Organizational Information form that organizations fill out when first registering with Foundant. By this I mean not just removing fields, but adding new fields, changing character counts, adding instructions, and changing the layout/order of the fields. For example, it would be very helpful to have organizations include their full legal name/fiscal sponsor's legal name in the organizational information page, rather than having to include that as a question on the LOI/Application each time an organization applies.
