FAQ or Help Section for Applicants
It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to set up an FAQ page or Help section that only applicants can see. We send out our applicants instructions which includes important information regarding navigating the system but that doesn't reach all of our applicants. It would be really awesome to have some feature maybe even if we had the ability to share documents to applicants/students that would allow applicants to see an FAQ section before reaching out. There isn't an easy way to do this yet. I know you can insert links to documents in various places in the system and include some of the information directly on the applications but that creates a couple issues. 1) It makes the application extremely long when there are huge amounts of text instructions in there. It seem more cumbersome for applicants and those print packets are very long, 2) It becomes increasingly harder to keep all of those types of instructions up to date when they are in multiple places.
It would be much more helpful to have a section devoted to this that when an applicant is filling out an application they can just click an FAQ link directly from SLM/GLM.
