    Hi Everyone,

    I am moving this request back to under consideration. It definitely still on our radar, and probably in year to 18th month time frame.

    Right now we are trying to decide if just auto assigning the follow ups solves the batch issue. We definitely understand not wanting to touch every great. I would love to understand more the pain point and scenario for follow up batch assignment that everyone is trying to solve.

    I love this idea. I don't limit the document types right now because there are so many different file extensions for the same types of files and I don't want anyone to have trouble uploading their document so I just have to fix it on the backend or reach out to the applicant for clarification.

    I agree that the email templates need more organization. My suggestion would be to group the templates by event type so that instead of one big group called Available, the system would automatically group them into Submission Verification, Third Party Assigned, etc. Right now it is extremely hard to find emails especially ones not linked to an event type since it doesn't save the changes when you move the emails in a certain order.

    This is exactly the type of issues I run into as well. Since most of our 3rd parties are only temporarily in the system and most times for recommendation letters, that individual will only be submitting one letter so they aren't familiar with how the system works. I would really like to have the capability to pick which email template I assign based on question and not just one based on the entire process.

    I am commenting to hopefully bring this discussion back into play. I would like to be able to see the Denial Bucket on the main workflow page to show more than just denial drafts. I would like it to show the actual denials too at a quick glance instead of having to go into Requests & Decisions are search for them. I would also like to see a Declined section so you can easily see which ones were declined at a quick glance.

    Hi all,
    Thanks for the feedback. A couple things:

    1. Since we’ve added merge functionality, it is pretty easy to achieve what is being asked for here by doing a batch email from either the Search Requests and Decisions page (for approvals and denials) or from the Approved bucket.

    2. There are a lot of requests for more automatic notifications, and it’s challenging at this point to be able to add them in a manner that keeps the system simple to manage. We are continuing to evaluate requests for notifications.
