Committees Ideas
Coming from the SLM World, I have a few suggestions regarding the functionality of managing committees. Overall I like how you can organize your committees, but I wish there were more features.
Be able to share documents to specific committees. We currently send "Applicant Reports" which is essentially a spreadsheet with the basic information of the applicants being reviewed. This would be much easier to be able to share this and other important documents such as past meeting minutes to specific committees.
Have the ability for our committee members complete a Conflict of Interest form directly through SLM. It would be even cooler if we could set it up that they have to complete an updated form at the beginning of each year OR as soon as they log on for the first time in that year to complete evaluations, they have to complete an updated COI form.
When a committee member (evaluator) logs into the system, they can see the name of the committees they belong to. We don't have cross over on our committees, but I do other foundations that do.

I agree! Committees needs a place for their own documents. A chat for the committee members would be great!

I agree! I would like to see a place for committee members to select their winner(s), and then proceed to a conflict of interest form directly tied to the system. I have sent out over 300 forms by hand and this feature would save me, at minimum, a week of work. I would also like to see a place that committee members can chat with each other.
