  1. Allow the Positive Pay Report to be exported as a csv file in addition to txt. The txt doesn't work with our bank without a LOT of massaging.

  2. We so appreciate the ability to email our grant letters, thank you for bringing that improvement! I imagine this will be more difficult to pull off on a technical level than some other suggestions being made for improvement, so this falls into the category of "shoot for the stars!"

    Would it be possible for you to enable the ability to EDIT the grant letters before emailing them? Despite our having many templates in place, to try and cover all of our various scenarios, we find ourselves often having to make edits to the grant letters we generate for printing.

  4. Could a custom report for Opportunity ALSO include available fields for Opp Task Names, associated Descriptions and Notes text, as well as fields for the Profile associated with the Opportunity?

    Currently, there are 3 potential Custom Reports (Task, Note, Opportunity) we can use to pull out almost all of this information, but the Available Fields vary dramatically within each of these, and none give a full Opportunity view or export.

    Task custom report: Pulls in the Label+ for the profile associated with the Opportunity, Opp Type Name field, Opp ID#, Opp Task Name field, Stage Name, AND Task Description text…

  5. The checks can now be GROUPED in different ways, and you can sort the vouchers in different ways, but when the check run is created, they do not stay in the sort order. The check run isn't in any order that makes sense to me now.

  6. Once a Fund Advisor submits a grant request, the information submitted in the Notes area is no longer visible to them. This prevents the Fund Advisor from having any visibility later on to ensure they provided correct instructions or wishes for their grant. Please make this a viewable field in the portal.

  7. Description on a Grant Request is a vague word choice that doesn't provide clear direction to Fund Advisors. There have been many times where FA's have entered a description of the grantee in this field rather than their grant purpose. Please update this field to say something like Grant Purpose or allow us to edit the name of the field.

  9. It would be wonderful if there was an easy way to include a link that automatically populates an "Add to Calendar" option for events when folks view and/or register for an event. Currently, individuals have to manually add event details, time-date,name, etc to their individual calendars.

  10. Ability for a Fund Advisor to create an installment or multi-year grant in the system like Recurring grants are done. Currently only communicated in Description or Notes and requires manual setup in the grant record.

    Provide greater visibility for installment grants in the Fund Advisor Portal other than leaving the grant in the Approved status until fully paid. Allow Fund Advisors to see when future grant installments will be paid.

  11. If we have a constituent with multiple email addresses (work, personal, etc..), we would like the ability to mark a single email address on a profile as "do not email" vs marking all of them using the do not email link. Making a single email address inactive is not visually effective to the end-user as compared to red headings and strike-through text that the do not email function provides.

  14. May we have an option to modify or remove the "Ref" column on the reconcile report. Coincidently, the true check numbers and this column that also reads "check ###" have very similar numbers and they create lots of confusion.

  16. It would be helpful on the Bank Rec screen to be able to refresh or filter the screen based on checked/unchecked items. So once items have been checked off, you can refresh the screen to show only what has been left open. It would save a lot of time scrolling up and down while doing a rec.

  17. When Fund Advisors are entering in a grantee manually rather than utilizing the search, "Submit" can be confusing. I have had multiple FA's reach out concerned that they weren't going to be able to input the Amount or Description before hitting Submit. Please use a different word here that lets Fund Advisors know there is more to be done.

  19. Since one of the primary purposes of Community Suite is customer relations management (CRM), there needs to be more sophisticated options for recording contact with donors. Right now the only way to do this is to add a note for each contact. Other CRM systems I have used make it much easier to open a box to record each contact: date, nature of contact (phone, email, visit, etc.), who made the contact, etc. This should be stored in such a way that it is easy to pull up a list of all contacts with a particular donor.

  20. I would like a way to report out a donor's cumulative donations, both direct and advised, without having to sort through and organize tens of thousands of donations in an Excel spreadsheet. There is a custom reports field option for donation amount; I would like one that totals ALL donations from a donor so we are able to - for example - pull donors whose $100 donations add up to $2,500.
